I used them and they were prompt and did what was needed at a reasonable price.

Quick to respond, as cleanly as possible (in this business), and informative- they let me know what was going on and what to expect in the future with my sewer lines.

There charges were reasonable but it took several trips to fix issue. There was NO gas smell prior to water heater replacement. We get GAS smell every time we change thermostat to high. They told me that it will go away in few months. I called 3 time and no one has showed up to fix the gas smell and potential leak.

What most impressed me was that Mr. Salvatore (the plumber from Ridgeway) was extremely calm, which calmed me down in spite of the fact that water was seeping through the cement floor in my kitchen. He assessed the job, did what he normally did and accomplished a major plumbing job very assuredly, neatly and timely. I would definitely call Ridgeway again and would defintely recommend them to any one who asks. Thanks again, ServiceMagic!!

I had a loose pipe under my garden tub, which the plumber found and tightened. It took him like 10 minutes total but I still had to pay the $200 minimum fee. My fault. I should have looked further into it myself before calling them.

They called back when they said they would and arrived at my house on time. I felt what they told me concerning my problem was an honest and knowledgeable opinion. For financial reasons I need to wait as long as I can to complete the service. But I will call Ridgeway back when I'm ready to replace my water heater.

I live out of state and they worked with me so I could try to match trim paint. I asked to have the down spots moved to the back on 2 gutters and they missed that but came out and fixed it without leaving any evidence it was the other way. I plan to use them again.

No hidden cost and did great job on time

He was on time both times he came because I gave them the wrong size water heater initially and he had to return the next day with the correct size. Even check a cracked sewage pipe going from the house toward the street with the camera for which I needed an estimate anyway. They were very affordable compared to three other estimates that I received for bigger name plumbing services, anywhere from $300-500 less for the same exact job and quality of water heater. Would definitely use them again.
