Timely, neat and solved the problem without a lot of fuss.

On a Friday evening, around 8 pm, my house's main drain line running to the sewer stopped flowing. The house started to overflow. It was a disgusting disaster. Once we determined that we were not capable of determining what the problem was I contacted Service Magic. Mr Ridgeway returned my phone call promptly and was extremely knowledgeable. His men were on-time and worked very efficiently. I am completely satisfied with the quality of work and the prices quoted and charged by Ridgeway. I would highly recommend their services to anyone with a plumbing emergency or anyone needing a general plumbing contractor.

I was contacted almost immediately and scheduled the same day for a free estimate. The problem was quickly located and my options throughly explained. They had the best price and I awarded them the job. The next day they were there promptly and completed the work within 2-1/2" hours with min. mess. Very happy and would use and recommend to anyone.

Excellent job. The technician knew his job very well. He was very patient and explained me everything about the job. He gave me two options to choose from and came back the following day and did a superb job on tankless water heater.

They were very prompt. They called within 5 minutes of my submitting the request. And they showed up on time. They were efficeint and got the work done right way. They charged what they said they were going to charge. Plus they were friendly and nice!

Called on a Saturday and had a gas water heater replaced by midday Monday. No fuss. Good installation and quality product.

The technicians were fantastic and they diagnosed the problem. They realized that the quote was for a set amount and there is some guess work in that but they quoted for 60 feet of pipe and two cleanouts but realized that all that was need was to replace 10 feet of pipe and take care of the rootball that was causing the problem. However they still charged the same price and actually wanted to charge more because they have a minimum for the tractor yet they quoted under that for the larger job. I was a little miffed at this but they agreed to the quoted price. I still felt as the charge for the work done was somewhat excessive.
