Ridgeway Mechanical was quick to come out to service my hot water heater, and quickly pin pointed the issue to a copper coil needing to be replaced. However, two days after the repair, the hot water heater is no longer working and likely needs to be replaced. I was a little upset that this couldn't be determined when the company came out on Sunday, but accepted the response given by Ridgeway Mechanical.

They responded quickly to my request and completed the installation of a new hot water heater in a short time when they said they would. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly in that he took the time to answer any questions I had about the system. Would definitely recommend them to any one I know.

On sunday morning my septic system blew back up into my house. I thought who could I get on this day. But I received a very prompt call in 20 minutes. Which was a pleasant surprise. This service was excellent. He was here in no time. Very efficient and diagnosed the problem right away. I will definitely use this company again and I have shared this with all my friends. We love doing business this way.

These guys are awesome. They did a free camera run to diagnos my problem and cleaned my main line out for free. They replaced 70 feet of main sewage line in my back yard and barely left a trace. They also gave me the best price by far. I would definitely recommend them.
