We had a rag that had been flushed and became stuck in our sump pump. The pump was frozen. Received a call from him within minutes of our inquirey and it was the DAY after Christmas. He listened to our problem and instead of quoting prices right off he told us how we might could fix the problem ourselves and told us to feel free to call him if we needed any help while we were doing it. We called him a couple of times and he was very friendly and helpful. We were able to fix our problem ourselves and save $$$$$. We will definately keep his contact information and use him in the future for any issues we might have.

they came out on time, did an excellent job and were priced very competitively. I didnt give a 5 star because initially they were going to install a 1 inch water line but after talking to other plumbers and doing some investigation on my own I needed a 1.5 inch line. I asked for a new bid and they were still best price.

Fast, professional, friendly and fairly priced. They replaced the leaking water main from the street to my house in about 2 hours and didn't need to trench because of their special tool.. They left the yard as they found it and cleaned up after themselves. They are first-rate. Use them!

I used Ridgeway to repair a sink faucet and have subsequently used them for several other projects. They are courtesy and up front with costs. I will continue to use them for future needs.

They came the next day, a little bit later than they said, but that was ok. The repairmain fixed the problem but could not empty the water tank... They really overcharged me : $150 to replace a small valve. Took him all of 5 minutes. I was home alone, my husband wasn't here. I should have asked for an estimate. He did not say anything until the work was dome. Kept sending me in the house to turn on the hot water. He should have said how much first...but I should have asked first too. They took advantage of me. Told me the price was high because he had to drive in traffic, pay for his truck and all that. Never again.

The guy was on time and did the job for the quoted amount. He pointed out a needed change that AGL had not pointed out during the inspection, and went ahead and changed out the connection since he was already working on the thing. I'd recommend them to use for sure.

Came out and fixed my complicated, under-the-driveway ruptured pipe within one day, and gave me a 10 year warranty on their work. Only problem is that my driveway has a patch in it, but I knew going in that the repair would be like that. Saved about $3000 over my neighbor who had the exact same problem. He had half of his driveway destroyed, pipe patched instead of replaced, new driveway poured, and two days later his leak is back and he's having to start all over.
