JMJ Plumbing was not responsive after the first visit to clear the clog, which re-occurred immediately after the person left and the Owner said the only solution is to spend $3000 to fix the problem without even looking through the camera. Their thought was problem was after the cleanout, but infact it was between the cleanout and the house.

David was professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Had the problem resolved in less than 30 minutes! Did create a seep at a joint that they did not come back to fix in a timely manner. That, and the cost for 30 minutes of work (185.00) were my only disappointments.

Initally the unplugged the lin but when he ran his camery thru the line he noted that tree roots were at fault. We scheduled replacemet of a short section of the line for 2 days later. The arrived early and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Had an issue where plunging a toilet ended up causing a mess in the bath tub. They received my request at service magic and called me back the next morning and were at my house a couple of hours later. They were prompt and professional, although I thought for the time required to fix the issue, it was a little expensive, but they gotta pay for that camera somehow. I would use them again.

The plummber showed up an hour and a half late for the job. He did not complete all the work and he left without finishing. He said he will be back monday but I learned now he does not work for Ridgeway Plumbing. After I called several times looking for the plumber but he was not picking up his cell phone. The sent other plumbers out to the house after telling me it will be early but it was not until 230. Then just to tell me that they cannot do the job. I will never use Ridgeway Plumbing. The had a plumber on their staff that was not good at estimates or knowing weather not he could do the job. I will never use them again.
