best quote - this isn't the first hot water tank I've had replaced, so I don't like being talked to like it is. These guys were straight shooters, with a very good quote and same day service. I would have rated 4 stars - but the fella doing the work had to come from across town and arrived late in the afternoon - early evening. He still finished the job (about 3 hrs.) - which I have to give him credit - I was 100% sure I was going to get that phone call for the next day reschedule. Heck - give them 4+.

Called us right away. Gave us a great price and stuck to it. Did the work right on schedule. Installer was clean and courteous. Office staff was responsive and pleasant. This was probably the best overall service experience we've ever had in 20 years of home ownership! Great job, Ridgeway!

They were very responsive, made an appointment to come give me an estimate at a time that was convenient for me and gave me a fair price for the work. They returned the next day and completed work, and then followed up with me later that evening to make sure I was satisfied (I wasn't home during the work). I have other small projects coming up and I will certainly call on Ridgeway again.

We had a new kitchen faucet installed and needed to have the valves replaced. The price seemed a little expensive but the job was performed neatly and was completed within a reasonable time.

They were prompt and came on time , my only disappointment was that the system ( recirculation pump ) was not tested before they left inspite of me asking them to.

Very flexible and easy to work with.

The plumber's name was Tim and he was great. He was on time, quiet, thorough, tidy, knowledgeable, precise and the price was one half the amount I had been quoted from Morningside Plumbing. I highly recommend Ridgeway Mechanical and will use them again.

Work was quoted over the phone and a fair price was given. Crew of 2 showed up with all the necessary equipment and experience to do the work in less than 2 hours. Work was done professionally and all work areas were left in a clean condition. This is the best experience with any tradesman working on my home I have ever had. I am in the commercial development/design and construction business and have/ will continue to give out Ridgeway as my preferred plumbing contractor. Best in the business in my opinion!

Only guys that gave me a quote over the phone for a routine job, came on time, answered questions, and fixed unexpected problems. Overall, it was a great experience. I would hire them again.

The guys that came out did a good job, and helped me in repairing a leaking cutoff valve, but it feels like I paid too much for that additional repair work.
