Prompt courteous service. Showed up when expected and installed the new water main with minimal disruption to my front yard. I have no hesitation recommending them.

They were very responsive and helpful. The job was done quickly and for a fair price.

Called almost immediately to schedule appt and was given a 2 hr time frame. Tech called over 1 hr early and asked if he could come prior to time frame. He arrived and diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. David also looked at my gas line for the fireplace and said all I need to get it functional was a gas burner or a gas log set. I will definitely call Ridgeway again and ask for David to come install my gas logs. Very happy with work and customer service.

They were available immediately, called ahead to let me know they were on their way, called again due to being stuck in traffic, and arrived at a reasonable time. I appreciated the fact that they let me know they were running late due to traffic. Completed the job as requested and at quoted price. Very professional and timely response. Will definitely call again if needed and refer to others.

Quick response and thorough work

I had my water heater replaced and am very satisfied with all aspects of the job.

Came out same day and did not charge extra for Saturday. I hope not to need them again, but if I do I will call them again.

The company contacted me promptly, and answered my call when I called back after sorting a few things out on my side. They gave a narrow window of arrival and arrived within that window. They called before coming over. They looked at what I needed, offered their opinion, and made the fixes quickly. They were careful not to track anything around my house. The price seemed fair. No complaints at all! My only issue in writing this review is that I will not know if their repairs will hold, as I have had problems with these fixtures before. I can't assume that they will not, though!

They did the work but didn't communicate to me what they did. I had to redig. Other than that they were great just a little room for improvement.

These guys were really great. They came out immediately to give me an estimate and when i was ready to do the actual work they offered next day service. Apparently the guy that did the original estimate gave me an unusually low estimate and although he was no longer with the company when i got the work done about 3 weeks later, the company stood by the estimate and completed the job. There was a slight problem with my hot water after the installation and they came out the same day i called them back and took care of the issue. These guys are great!
