Paul came out to our home, was on time. Explain to us the harm of Radon, how it gets in to the house and how to correct the problem. I spent about 15-20 looking for Radon and leaving samples to check. A few days later gave us a report and explain the choices we had. WOW, I did know all the stuff that goes in to Radon and getting rid of it from the ground. He explain everything so well.
The Testing and Mitigation took only four days total. We are very happy to have used Metro Atlanta Radon and Paul Sather.
I would use them again, they were on time, explain everything well and in detail, and among the most professional service people we have had in our home.
Every single member of the crew is not only highly efficient in what they do but also proficient in communication. Whoever managed to find all these wonderful people and build a team so efficient is a leader of the highest grade.
It is worth mentioning that they are not just good at radon mitigation. For example, John, is familiar with almost all aspects of the construction industry and can find areas of the construction that were not done right and provide suggestions on cost-effective remedies.
We will recommend Paul Sather and his crew to anyone who needs some help with the house.
I recommend him with complete enthusiasm. He's super nice, arrived right on time, left the house in great condition and was a consummate professional.
