The job took 3-4 days and the only problem we had was the workers left without telling us when they would return. But otherwise they did a good job.

We had 4 different concrete areas of different ages. The original concrete patio under a screened in porch 15 yrs old then 2 later additions then most recently a pool and decking about 3 years ago. We tried some textured concrete paint from the big box store in on area but complete waste of money. The crew from CTI cleaned all the old concrete and removed the paint and re coated it all. Now we have a beautiful pool and patio area that all matches. Our favorite is the stone look coping around the pool. We were impressed from the initial consult and quote with a emailed detailed contract and warranty info.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. Upon initial application, everything looked god. Six months later the coating started to peel off. It took 3 months to get them here to repair it - which was actually more of a "touch-up" than a real repair. Almost immediately after the "repair", more areas started peeling off. Recognizing that "touch-up" was going to be a regular requirement, I asked them to provide me a qty of the coating and sealer so I could do it myself. They promised more than once to "drop it off tomorrow". Well, that has never happened and they obviously now just totally ignore my calls and e-mails. Even though there is a printed warranty, they have totally reneged on our deal. They define the expression "Buyer Beware".

We called 3 contractors through Home Advisor. One company was slow to respond and schedule a quote; the other didn't think he could deliver the result we sought. CTI was quick to quote our job, schedule us, keep us informed and even follow up after completion of the job. Not a single complaint.

He noticed some other work we needed done and he recommended someone, both contractors came out and did what they said they would and for the price they gave me. Mike is a good guy.

They did my garage floor which I LOVE and it has held up excellently-they also did my pool decking which again looks great.I agree with some of the others though, they were very difficult to get a hold of at times after the initial estimate.

Joe was not great with communication, but otherwise everything was fine.

Had a great experience learning about the different processes and things we could do to my new condo's concrete floor. These guys know concrete! They made it look similar to the look we were going for and we are happy with the results. The only small issues we had were a few spots that look "off" and bits of painting tape that was left after the project. These guys could have cleaned up a bit more when the project was complete. Other than that, the floor looks fabulous and we would recommend them to anyone looking for concrete work.

Excellent workmanship, prompt, explained the job and approach, very good communication, AAA+++ contractor that I highly recommend. Very pleased with the result - re-surfacing of a concrete porch - looks great and under warranty.
