Not satisfied just want issues fixed correctly ,this company did a bait and switch on me,they was hired to fix a giggly toilet handle ,while I was ok to replace all the inards of the toilet ,at that time the toilet started running intermittently about every 20 mins for 30 seconds,they sent out this guy twice and he could not fix the problem. mind you My toilet did not have a running problem before this guy changed the hardware. they then sent out another guy he said he had to take the tank off to fix what the first guy did.he then took it apart and he then said he could not put it back together,I would have to buy a new toilet ,at this point they had me over a barrel.I had to pay another 200 bucks on top of the 525 bucks from the other guys screw up.to be fair the other guy did do other work .he put in a new faucet that leaked and he had to come back for that.all in all I spent 725 dollars on a job that should of only involved a flap on one toilet a giggly handle on another and a new faucet fixture. I will never use this company again.

The Guice Team worked hard to coordinate the times that were available for service. They completed the work in a timely manner and were very service oriented.

Ken was very good at installing the shower heads, but there was some unnecessary breakage or the tile. The company compensated for the breakage, but not enough to cover the replacement. It took more than 4 visits to finally install a shower-head/handheld combo that could have been done on one trip. There was an extra charge for installing that was not expected.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Work unsatisfactory and the manager Jeffrey is very unprofessional. Hired to install a water heater, ended up getting someone else to finish the job. Company will not return my money. I will be taking legal action against them. You don't treat customers like this. I will be reporting them to the BBB. It's been over a month now.

Unauthorized charges! I hired these people. They charged me $155.98. Then they charged $155.98 again and $375.98 more. They have $531.94 of mine and will not return it to me.

Installed the tankless hot water heater that I bought from Lowes. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, experienced with tankless hw heater installs, and did a professional job. They worked with me on price. They were quick to come out and get the job done. Would recommend to anyone.

Serviceman Paul was on time for the appointment and explained what he needed to do to complete my repair. Very courteous. I'm Very Satisfied.

The plumbers were very professional. Courtesy and cleanliness were foremost in their approach. Because of my personal preferences I requested additional service. Jeffrey (the Service Manager) was nice and accommodating. He saw that my requests were honored. This is a great company to use if you value quality of work and exceptional customer service. I will absolutely use them for future projects.

I had a cold water faucet not working that ultimately required replacing the frame that was too old to simply replace the faucet peace, instead requiring the frame being replaced and removing the panel that housed it. The contractor was very courteous as was the service representative that handled the billing afterwards. There was an initial misunderstanding regarding the pricing that after a few interactions with the manager, was resolved to my satisfaction. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

They was Johnny on the stop. I called and on the same day they were there and the job was complete. My family life was at stake. Seriously Thank you Guice

Company was hired to fix leak in outside backyard faucet. Person who showed up (Johnny) was on time but job ended up taking seven (7) hours as leak was not in outside faucet but inside of wall in connecting bathroom. After two (2) trips to Home Depot to get proper tools/parts for repairs leak was finally stopped (hopefully). No problem with plumber who showed up but owner (Jeffrey Guice) was as unprofessional as anyone I've experience on the phone. Pulled the old bait and switch in cost quoted and tried to milk an additional $150.00 extra of what was quoted. No people/professional skills on phone in negotiating costs. Would never recommend this company for work until owner realizes you can't talk to the people who hired you any kind of way and bully your way for extra funds you apparently need. Please take a course somehow on how you talk to people on the phone and leave your person doing the work in the presence of the customer while you berate the customer who hired you. Remember, your customer in essence pays your bills.

The serviceman was knowledgeable,courteous, and professional.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again.

Three different handyman /plumbers came to finally repair the sink. The first attempt failed and caused a leak. The second repaired the leak. The third repaired the sink. The initial response time was good but follow up was slow . Customer service was friendly but not reliable. I had to call them often to get the leak repaired and get the repair work completed the second time. I waited at home two days believing that someone was on the way to follow up. The sink was finally repaired by a competent plumber who arrived the third morning unannounced.

The plumber did a pretty good job, but the final cost was in far excess of the estimate. As it turns out, the plumber errd on the final bill. Isaiah at customer service called me and promptly resolved the bill discrepancy and gave me an additional $150 off the completed work. Nice job of customer service.
