I needed a water heater installed. I called them on a Saturday and they were willing to fit me on the same day. Took them about 3 hours to complete. Their price was really reasonable, as well.

I was looking for a plumber to replace my water heater, within 10 mins I received a call. I was told he could have someone there within a couple hours and gave me a very good and fair price. After I told the gentlemen to go ahead and have the plumber enroute he called me back a few mins later and advised me he was on his way and would be there in 30 minutes. Michael showed up very professional and got right to work. He continously cleaned up after himself throughout the project, keeping a very clean work space. I had asked him for a little longer gas hose (which the one he put on was ok just had a sharper turn the I liked) so without hesitation he said ok and had to go pick one up. While Michael was working on the water heater I received a call asking how the service was going and if I was happy so far. Michael did and amazing job and I was very satisfied with every aspect.

John Pierre was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, personable, and hard working. He spend 5 full hours draining old water heater and installing new one. It turned out that the old floor was uneven and the new water heater had no leveling legs and work had to be done to the flue (to fit new heater), but John Pierre was dauntless and worked through every issue in stride. Excellent service.

Ok...first the good. When I placed the request for help getting a faucet swapped out in our kitchen sink I received a call from Guice within 10 minutes of posting. I was told that they could have a plumber to my house in Dunwoody within an hour. (This was on Sunday). I was pleased with that and asked them to send them. When 90 minutes had passed, I called and was told he was on the way. I was told he was coming from the next town over and it should be a few minutes. Another 90 minutes later Jean Pierre showed up. Nice guy. Knew what he a was doing. Quickly and efficiently swapped the faucet and diagnosed a small leak that he said he could fix the following day. I asked if he could be here early as we had plans for the afternoon. I was told no problem. That he would pick up the needed part and be at my house by 9. 9:45 rolls around the next morning, and we get a call that we will not have anyone available until be tween 12-2. At 2:00 I call and ask for an eta and was told he was almost there. New plumber...different guy...shows up at 2:40. Work was done quickly...but they raised the priced $50 from the estimate from the previous day AND the new plumber tracked red clay into our house. When my wife pointed this out, and gave him a broom and dustpan, nothing was done. I am happy the work was done. I liked the first plumber, but was underwhelmed by the customer service and annoyed with the second plumber they sent. I am in a service business and would never be able to carry on business if I was always 3-5 hours late for work.

They got the appointment wrong, took two days before someone came out. They sent a technician who had just started with the company and did not know how to diagnose a well problem. Technician told me to call a well drilling company . They charged me $450.00 for a technician who did nothing and they would not return my e-mails when I questioned the price. Very Very disappointed. Would not recommend anybody to them.
