Mr. Bryant the plumber sent to our church was very inexperienced. He went into our bathroom and took out a 3-feet x 1-foot section of sheet rock to repair an outside faucet. He notched our base board trim so we had to replace that section. We have spent the last 3 days sanding, painting, caulking because of his mistake. Mr. Bryant also tried to secure the outside faucet to the mason work with dry wall screws. Guice Services did send Mr. Michael D. to repair the sheet rock. I give him credit, he actually seemed to know what he was doing. Mr. Bryant, very inept plumber. Their prices are inflated! BUYER BEWARE! Mr. Bryant and Larry (the gentleman on the phone) were more concerned with their online rating than customer satisfaction. Listen! If take care of the customer with fairness and do a good job, you will get your ratings. If Mr. Bryant comes to your house, send him away, he will cost you more in repairs than the repair itself.

John was prompt, courteous and hard working. I had water in my crawl space that needed to pumped out first in order to repair and he did an excellent job getting me taken care of same day!

Paul was very efficient and nice. He answered all my questions and didn't leave until he was sure everything was completed which left me at ease. He even went as far to check the upstairs bathroom that had a running toilet. Any issues that may come about in the future, I will contact Paul.

What a wonderful company! Starting from my initial phone call through the end of my service it was such a wonderful experience. The guy who came and installed our pressure reduction valve was awesome. He was able to give us a quote and complete the job in under two hours. He was very professional and the price was very reasonable!

I had hired a recommended company using another similar contracting website to this one, called GUICE to do the job of fixing three faucets. Well, I wish I never had heard of that company. Even though they came within hours of my posting on that other site the plumber they sent out did a very questionable job indeed. Not only did he lose the cold water cap of the faucet in my bathroom, on top of that the company also did not reply to my text messages and voice messages to return the cap or bring a new one. Now things are going from bad to worse. They were supposed to fix the kitchen faucet, which the plumber said he did. Well, he did NOT fix the faucet, on the contrary. Coming into my kitchen last evening, the faucet was spraying water all over the place, the cabinet under the kitchen sink was soaking wet and the plumbing under the sink was leaking so badly that the water ran into the kitchen itself, not only flooding the cabinet. As you can imagine, I am most upset with that kind of shoddy work. I paid GUICE straight away and unfortunately my bank told me that they cannot stop payment on the check I gave them. They told me that I should have given them a card, which could have been stopped.
