This company customer service is very good and they know what they are doing.

I am so satisfied with the outstanding service this company provided me. My first call was pleasant and informative. I spoke with their General Manager who guaranteed their work 100% with a lifetime warranty. I had two visit and he showed up on time. The day he started work, it was raining, sometime very hard. He worked none stop in the cold rain and finished when he said he would. Cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. P.S. As a courtesy, please offer water.

They were quick to call me, reasonably quick to come to my house to address a water pipe leak, the plumber who came was professional and respectful, the repair was completed reasonably quickly, and the workmanship of the repair was great. Thank you!

I have 2 septic tanks and asked for both be cleaned. They came cleaned one and charged me 1100 for it. I called and had to fuss to get them to come back to clean the other one. No discount was offered for the inconvenience and trouble that they caused. There was alot of miscommunication with pricing and with location of my septic tanks. Will not be calling this company for a service ever again!!

This plumber is too expensive!

There was an error in the initial invoice sent to me for payment. I was charged $500 higher than quoted on the phone for the installation of a water heater. I contacted Guice and they agreed that the invoice was wrong and immediately corrected the amount. Had we not had this minor (but annoying) problem I would have given them a 5.
