We had a leak in ceiling. Not roof related. Part of ceiling were leak is fell down. Needed the leak fixed. ASAP. I got in contact with RPX and they sent someone out the same day. He was such a sweet person and very helpful. I was coming from the store when he pulled. He helped with those and then checked out my problem. He told me he could get it fixed the same day. I love how they work with their customers. I will most defiantly be using them again!!!

The water meter is turning slowly without water use and the water bill is higher than it should be. All plumbing in the town home is tight. There is no visible water in the small yard front. I believe the water pipe runs under the slab to water heater and the back of the town home. I wrote a ad on Angie's and someone called me in seconds. They told me that they could have someone out here and get me back right. He came and fixed it and was very cool person . Will hire again

Some leaky pipes in home and pipes in front of my yard needed to be repaired or replaced. I reached out to Rooter proxpress and someone came out and gave me a price. They asked if i was ok with the price and they waved the service fee. He came he did the work and was on his way.

I had a leak around the meter and the house. I had some other people come out and they said they couldn't find any leak. I wanted to get someone else to tell me if that was true. I looked on google to see if i can find someone who could come out same day. I saw Rooter pro xpress and they were able to send someone out the same day. He said that the leak wasn't at the meter but further down. He was able to fix it the same day and told me that if it happens again then ill have to change it. Great customer service and professionalism .

I had a pipe that may have been leaking withing my walls from the 2nd floor guest bathroom. The leak seemed like it was moving down to the first floor damaging the ceiling. Which is a whole other amount of money I'm gonna have to pay. I reached out to angies and was able to get a tech out the same day. Told me i had to replace the pipe because it had a crack in it. He replaced it and and told me what to look for before it happens again if it does. I will use them again.

I had a few projects that i needed done. My shower in the master bedroom had no hot water, my toilet in the master bedroom's pipes were very noisy. The toilet in the guess room seal was leaking. I spoke with some companies and RPX reached out to me. They said they could get someone out to me the same day. They sent out a young man ( not gonna lie i thought he was too young to do the job) !! He came and fixed all of what i needed done and was out of here great work.

I planned on replacing my broken toilet. I bought my own toilet and needed a quote for it to be installed. I had already gotten a quote from another company. I got in contact with Rooter Pro Xpress and they told me they could get someone out the same day. Tech came out and installed my sink and fixed a leak for me i didn't know i had. Really good company will be using them again.

My pipe was leaking under the kitchen sink it was pretty bad. I mean there was a puddle under my sink. I had a plumber from RPX come out and he tighten up my pipes and the leak was gone. I will be hiring the again.

Our well served our small horse barn for several years power supplied, but the pump wouldn't turn on. My barn manger has been trouble shooting for a couple days, but no avail. The tech came out and told me that it had came undone and needed to be repaired in ordered to get my water working again. He was a great tech.

i had a big project that i needed help on in my home. I needed my wall opened to replace my shower valve because it was leaking. Shower diverter handles, also to repair the leaking pipes under my kitchen sink. I wrote an ad on Angie's and i called within a few seconds. She said she could get someone out here today. He came and told me he had some work to do and gave me a quote. He came out the next day and did the job in a fashionable manor. He was great will hire again.

My water wasn't producing enough hot water. I thought it would come back on , but it never did. Next day there was no hot water. Went to google and saw RPX had a $49 service. I reached out to them and they sent someone pout the same day. The tech came out and he was very respectful. He told me that my water heater was very old and needed to be replaced. He replaced it the same day. Great work !!

I'm very unhappy. Beware of switch pricing.

I needed some faucets in my bathrooms that needed to be replaced. I already had the faucets just need them installed. RPX came out and installed them no extra fees. They installed them and was on their way. Great work !!!!

I wanted to get an estimate because my water bill was very high. I called RPX to see if i could get someone out here to tell me what's goin on. They sent out a tech and told me that i had a leak in my bathroom. He was able to fix it and be on his way. Great work pretty fast.

I needed my sewer line looked at. I wrote an request on Angies and someone called me as soon as i posted it. She told me that they could get someone out here same day. A gentleman named Jay came and he told me that i would need to replace my line due to it having a whole in it. He gave me a quote and i told him i would give him a call. A week later i called him and said we could do it for the same price. He came out and fixed my issue. Great work !!

Technician Emmanuel was professional,patient and workmanship superb. Consistently informed us on each step. Replaced shower handle and valve. Cutout for valve was carefully executed and piece replaced beautifully Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher gave false information. Stated Technicians carry basic faucets and equipment on vehicles. Customers can chose to purchase their own or chose from technician's inventory . False.

I was having some slow leaks in all my sinks and toilets. I believe it was draining slowly because there could be the roots growing in the sewer line. I filled an ad on google and found RPX . Tammy told me she could have someone out here today and if i do the work the service is waved. They came out and dug up my yard and confirmed there were roots growing in my pipes. He had to use some machine to cut the roots and then remove them. It was a time holding type of job but its was done. I most definitely will be calling again.

Water was leaking under my kitchen sink. The bottom of of the cabinet filled with water to the point it overflew. My son tried to fix it but that didn't work. Just mad a bigger mess so we had to turn off the water. I went to the store to try to get something to try to fix my issue. I was on the phone when a young man walked up to me to let me know he was plumber and could help . He told me to call RPX and ask for him. They sent Thomas out to my house and fixed my problem he was such a sweet guy.

Toilet makes high pitch noise when flushing. The handle leaks. One sink is dripping water continuously. Other sink leaks around the handle when water is turned on . I reached out to Angie's and someone called me and said they could get someone out there same day. They sent a young man out here and he was able to let me know that my fills valve seal needed to be cleaned. He was able to fix it and be on his way.

I had bought a beautiful old home built in the 80's . It had all the original piping and parts. I heard a loud banging noise then a sound like something just shut off. I hadn't gotten to doin an inspection on the home yet. Lord !!! Next thing i know it started to get really hot in my home. I went to the thermostat to turn on the unit and another bang happened. A guy named Enoch came out and told me i need a whole new unit because my original unit was way over the age its suppose to be. He was able to give me a quote and he could come back out and install. The next day he came back and install it.

Had them come out to pump, but they discovered the tank was not draining properly. Had to dig up yard and spend more money then expected.

I was getting ready for work doing my hair and make up. You women things !! I dropped my blushed and it cracked all on the floor. I went to go whip it up . I put the towel that i used on the toilet and went to finish my make up. I As i was finishing up i remember me flushing the toilet as i was walking out i remembered , Where is the towel ?? I couldn't find hat thing no where !!! I thought i threw it in basket. I went to use the bathroom before i left and flushed the toilet the amount of water that came pouring out of my toilet . I put a request on Angie's and within seconds of me posting the ad someone called me named Jennie. I explained my little weird situation and she laughed ' i mean it was a funny situation ! She was able to get someone named Thomas out. He gave me a good price and take a look. He ad to really dig into my pipes to find out that i flushed my face towel down the toilet. I was so embarrassed when he pulled it out and it was a towel covered in red. i had to explain what happen. He laughed and was on his way. Great company , very understanding, and good customer service all the way!!!!!

Woke up one Saturday went for run thinking today was goin to be a good day. I went downstairs to go get a quick workout. Instead of a gym i walked into a whole pool in my basement. This Was not how i wanted to wake up. I hit up a friend of mine who told me about a company he used a while back. Rooter Pro Xpress i spoke with someone named Marie she was very professional and told me they could get someone out the same day to get a quote. A guy named Damian came out and told me he would have to get the water out and he could get someone to come out and get the water out first. A man named Ron came and got the water out then damian was able to give me a quote and i said it was ok. He did the work and i got my gym back. I will hire again Good guy!!!
