The installer was very professional.

Very friendly and professional. Set up an appointment for later in the week and they offered to come out immediately. A few hours later the problem is resolved! Didn't try to up-sell and took steps to reduce the overall cost. Also cleaned up after themselves! Very satisfied.

This company Guice Services is AWESOME!!! The price that was quoted over the phone was the same after the job was completed and they responded swiftly. The employee (Mike) that accommodated me took the time to explain how he was going to resolve the problem. He unclogged a run off drain outside my home that had been clogged for some time. It rained the entire time and he never stop working. Mike was kind, knowledgeable, professional and persistent with getting the job done. He really impressed me with his endurance because the process was very difficult and he was determined to complete the job. This employee educated me and my son on how to prevent this problem from happening again and we really appreciate him for his expertise. Mike is really a hard worker with excellent customer service skills. As a customer we need more employees like him who take pride in their work. Because of you we will continue to do business with this company in the future when needed. We will highly recommend our family, friends and even strangers to this company. Installed a new pump. Still experiencing the taping noise after paying a very high price for the service. Unable to get them back out to correct the issue.

I previously hired a handyman to install a new water heater as well as carry out some punchout work for a house I am selling. He caused an accident while installing the water heater which lead to water spilling from the bathroom upstairs into the first floor ceiling, damaging the ceiling and he didn't install the water heater properly and to make it worse, he took off and didn't return my phone calls. I went on Home Advisor to request bids, and got a call from Guice Services. They came out the very same day they called (John came out). He was very professional, diagnosed the problem while educating me, performed a quality 25 point inspection, corrected the fittings that were not properly installed on the water heater by the handyman, as well as made recommendations. He also tested all fixtures 3 times to make sure there were no issues. Lastly, he made sure to clean up behind him as they had to cut out the ceiling. I am DEFINITELY going to be using Guice Services again for all my other properties and would recommend them as well. Their rates are also competitive and reasonable. Guice Services saved the day! Fast and efficient !!!!!

I got a lot of runaround trying to get the correct water heater installed, it took 2 days to get it here and late into the night getting it installed. I was told a lot of different reasons why it was taking so long and promised the service tech would be here several different times. When the tech did arrive with the heater, he did a good job installing it. The manager changed the price after the heater was installed even though I had already paid over half the quoted price. I did wind up paying for extra parts, and I asked for a paid in full receipt to be emailed which I still do not have.
