Very Good company!

Great job guys! They came around the expected time and completed the work in a timely manner.

The workmanship Mr.Pierre done on my collapsed kitchen sink is excellent.

We had a bit of a complicated situation where part of the bathroom wall had to come out, but new parts were needed (which we were aware of before they came out). They gave us every option to fix, showing us ways to save money in the interim. It was perfect and works perfectly.

We had no water. They responded promptly. Mike saw water standing, started digging and found the leak. Later Joshua came out and worked all day until the new pipe was installed and we again had water.

The service person (Yonathan) methodically dealt with the repair and was courteous and fully service oriented.

Woke up this morning with a big plumbing issue. Immediately after checking on home advisor they gave me a call. They came right away and gave a very fair estimate for the job. Technicians were very knowledgeable and explained what was needed to get the job done correctly. Before I knew it they were done and things are back to normal. Spoke with the office and they verified the service provided/price then sent over the invoice which I was able to pay online. They made everything easy for me. These guys are awesome!!!

I had a sump pump replaced for my crawlspace AC unit, for a reasonable price. Received a number of additional advise as well. Great service!

They did not have tools to do what I think could have been done to save my toilet I needed my toilet fixed so I ended up buying a new toilet just so I could have my bathroom up and running again

I was pleased with Mr. Johnnie's speed and knowledge with getting the job done and adjusting to what I wanted done, without any hassle. I will definitely be calling again for future work.

Johnny was a pleasure to have in our home he was respectful and went above and beyond our expectations.

New installer; through some snafus took almost 12 hours from expected arrival to conplete installation, but job was done well. Installation quote by customer service was 50%+ less than installer quoted, so maybe CS needs more training.

John Pierre, the plumber that came, was such a nice pleasant respectful and informative young man. He made sure he explained things to me, asked me if I had any additional concerns, and even did a follow up visit for me. I appreciate the service and communication from this company.

Great service

I was told the standard service call was $39.95. They were unable to repair the kitchen sink but did repair and replace the flush mechanism for one toilet and used their parts. These parts sell for a max of $25. They billed me for $169.95. The service man was at our house for a maximum of 40 minutes. With 49.95 for labor the bill should have been a maximum of $114.90. I consider that excessive.

Pump Guice installed failed same day of installation resulting in flood in basement. Float on pump still sticks but will contact another plumber for resolution due to terrible experience with your recommended supplier. Guice then overcharged credit card by $275 when they charged $700 for remaining balance of $475. Contacted Guice on 3/3/2020 regarding credit card charge & they said they would correct but charges remained on card as of 3/10.

I called them mid morning and they came, prepared to work by the agreed upon time. Jeffrey was great and so were the workers. Very professional.

The guy who actually came out was fine. He did the job in a timely manner and the drain was unclogged the same day. Polite and efficient. The process of getting them out, and the communication could have been smoother, but I ve come to expect this when dealing with a long chain of command (dispatchers, service providers, employees, etc.) I can only speak to the simple job I had which was a clogged drain but I d definitely recommend them for this service.

The company was very professional. They were fast to respond and they did a wonderful job. Jean-Pierre took his time and stopped a leak that was the original problem. Another major company tried to repair leak by plastering cement around the pipe.
