The plumber did not seem knowledgeable about the Water Pressure Regulator. When done he left at 85psi when the part clearly stated between 15-75psi which I adjusted later after using a gauge on outside water hose. He also left the bolts on the replaced Water Pressure Regulator loose which I had to tighten myself. If I had not checked this based on watching a YouTube video who knows what would have happened. Not pleased with the service.

Very prompt! Zach was a super nice guy. Took care of the issue and explained exactly what said the issue was and what he did to fix it. Would recommend Guice services to everyone. If Zachary comes out you're for sure in good hands. I hope to never have any other plumbing issues but if I do will definitely call Guice Services first.

They responded very quickly and replaced our 21 year old water heater. Communication was very good; they kept us informed along the way. Only issue was they had turned water off to upstarts bathroom and forgot to turn it back on. This was not a big problem; we just turned the valves back on after discovering it was off.

I liked that the technician was knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a prompt and courteous manner.

Pierre was innovative in his solution making. Better than two other companies that I notified. I was partially shocked when he introduced his solution! Respectful, productive, efficient, and his cleanup is extremely commendable. Locking your number in! He's a keeper, a great benefit to your company! Promote and increase his salary. Seriously!

Easy to communicate with; seems to share in the joys and woes of this life; gives the sense that he's there to solve a problem with your plumbing need. Lastly, he gave me the impression that he would not leave my property until I was completely satisfied with the quality of his workmanship and expertise! Had a problem to get my advanced deposit after they did not show up to do the job after they replaced the water heater. I have not been given any warranty on the water heater. The owner was very unrespectful when it came to get my deposit back on my shower replacement.
