Andre, the service professional was great. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My only concern was about the additional charge for additional work required beyond the original estimate. The a extra charge is understandable, but the charges were not itemized, so I'm not sure exactly how much additional time the charges represented. Nevertheless, I am pleased with the overall job.

The scheduler called immediately and said they could get someone out that day. I advised I needed it for the next day, and they said they would be there first thing at 9. No one showed up, so I had to call, and they said they had been trying to call. I advised they had not verified a phone number and I did not see the email until that night, and they had repair kitchen sink I advised it was the bathroom sink to check for leaks. They eventually got there and said we need a new faucet also, so we had them replace that then he said we need a new sink and additional work. Advised we would pay for the work completed. They left the old faucet on the floor and screws and bolts under the sink. When we asked them and sent pictures they said they cannot remove anything without approval. My partner was working from home in the room across from the bathroom so all they had to do was knock. Not satisfied and I should have gone with the price Home advisor quoted guaranteed.

No problem with technicians work: Remove/ replace leaking elbow of supply line to bathroom sink. (simply cutting out elbow and replacing. 5-10 minute job total). office would not correct error in billing. i was charged $398.98 for toilet installation. that was corrected to show charges for replacing sink supply pipe $25.98 and (did NOT do) and replaced stop supply line $198.98 (i do not know what this is). The ONLY job done was and cut out and replace leaking elbow in bathroom sink supply line.7 days gone by and no effort on Guice to remedy their bookkeeping mistakes.

Called at 3pm, by 6pm the same day had a new water heater installed working perfectly. Excellent service and promptness. We couldn't believe it, honestly.

Ask for a breakdown of invoice. Keep track of actual time the worker is on your property and exactly what they are doing.
