Great staff. Everyone I dealt with from Guice was friendly, professional and very skiled in their field of work. They showed up on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after them selves. If you need a plumber you can't go wrong with Guice.

Jonathan,arrived at my home prepared to provide a service (in the corvid-19 era) he was very polite and professional. He completed the job and thoroughly cleaned the area he worked in once he finished! I would recommend this company and this young man for the professionalism that was displayed on this project!

Had 2 services done. First Tech did a fast /Half job. Not quality work. Then the first tech gave me a quote of $ 450.00 for another plumbing issue , and I asked him why so much and he told me it would be over 3 hours long to complete. For the second job, Zach was great , really knew his job , really kind and helpful person. I wish I had him on the first job. Anyway Zack finished the job in about 15 minutes. So first Tech was either lying me or had no idea what he was doing. Stay away unless you like to give free money away.

Home Advisor contacted me and recommended Guice. The Guices reps were up came, stated they had to go and purchase the water heater. They went to home depot call me from there to say that the price would be increased by $250 due to the location if the gas line on the new heater. Prior to this, the rep had come to my home, began to release all of the water from my existing water heater then left ti purchase the equipment, therefore I had no water at all. I had no other choice but to use them and paid the additional cost in order to have water for me and my family during covid 19. Once a quote is made, the price which showed a 25.1% increase from the initial quote.

I received a call within 5 minutes of requesting a quote and had an appointment scheduled in 10 minutes. Everyone I spoke with have been very courteous, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Justine came to do the work and he was great! After a walk through of my plumbing issue, he fixed it quickly and let me know everything that was wrong and right. I highly recommend!

Jeffrey was very helpful. He came out right away even with a last minute phone call. We called him with our problems and he was here the same day within hours. Got right to the point and his guys were here within 2 days to start working on our field lines. His guys who worked on the project were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Overall, we would recommend Guice Services to anyone. I would also like to point out that we live in an area where not alot of septic companies service but we found Guice services online, quick and easy.

After reviewing several companies, I choose Guice Services after speaking with Jeffery. I was impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and politeness. I informed him that my Water Heater had burst, after a few questions he scheduled a technician who arrived on time early the next morning, I was still sleeping. I recall asking myself who would be ringing my doorbell this early on a Sunday, that has never happen to me before, a technician arriving on time. Roberto (Tecnnician) provided excellent services he was truly knowledgeable; Roberto took the time to explain in detail the services I needed and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Guice Services.
