I would have given them a highly rating but they were several hours late for my initial appointment window and did not call to let me know. I had to come back to my property the next day for repair to be done. Otherwise, repair was done well.

The plumber saves the day. Roberto the 2nd Plumber did work very hard to clean up the companies image and experience that I had. The business office said was not the best experience but he pushed really hard to make it right and admitted where they fell short and want to make it right so I can respect that, If it not been for Roberto I would not have anything good to say and with him trying to make it right it became fair. I think companies should be very careful as many people are position to tell a friend, contact you for a company they work for as well as tell other companies. I almost was never going to them again. I do Thank you Roberto the plumbing guy.

Jeffrey contacted me and provided me with the utmost customer service. He was very understanding of my water heater issues and assured me that it was going to be okay. The technician, Roberto, was extremely pleasant, experienced and explained everything in detail with me about what he did.

Quoted 595.00 to repair and had to pay 855.00. If properly diagnosed I don't feel like the cost of repair would have changed.
