Excellent service. The management is customer service oriented and will go out of their way to make things right. I originally hired them and got a quote from one of their employees. Then when he got there the quote went up another $1200. I immediately told them not to do it and started to write a review about a bait and switch tactic they were using. As I am writing it, Jeffrey, the manager, called and asked what was going on. I told him about the situation and he instantly said he would do whatever it takes to make things right. He sent another person to do the job for less than any other quote I got and had it done in a day. I can honestly say, I am blown away by his effort to make me happy. I will use them in the future and wholeheartedly recommend them for any and all your plumbing needs. Thanks, Jeffrey and I will be calling you for many future jobs.

The company would not provide a written price quote despite me asking twice. The job was done with only a verbal price. When I paid, they said they would e-mail me an invoice. I had to insist on getting an invoice before the worker left the job site. The job was supposed to take about 2 hours, but instead took most of the day as I waited for the guy to go to two different Home Depots to get the parts (Pex piping, P-trap, angle valves). The guy that did the work was knowledgable and fine, but the company has issues with quoting prices, providing a written quote, and getting the job done efficiently.

Roberto was great at explaining everything that needed to be done. He was very polite & did a good job. Not his fault, my husband thought the cost to fix a minor problem was too high. Roberto had to go by his company fees!!

Joe ,with 16 yrs. experience as a plumber, changed a hose connection and replaced cast iron drain line. He was prompt, courteous and pleasant. He checked the water pressure , and confirmed no leaks from kitchen drain. He educated me on plumbing maintenance and fixtures as well. The NEW DRAIN LINE and SPIGOT LOOK GREAT! I M PLEASED WITH HIS WORK.

I was not pleased with the service provided by this company. The service started off extremely well, Alex in dispatch was very professional and was able to get me a same day appointment to fix a leaking faucet. After I received a call from Alex at 10:43 letting me know the technician was on his. After that the service went sour. The technician arrived to hours later. He did not have the proper tools to dismantle the faucet to troubleshoot the problem. Since he was not able to take the faucet apart he started making assumptions on what he that was the cause of problem. Finally his suggestion was to replace the faucet with a standard faucet for $275.00. After discussing various options we researched on youtube and with little input from him the technician, we decided to cut our losses and pay the $49.00 service fee and work on getting someone else with more experience do the job.

Make sure you write down the total amount they will charge you I was quoted one price but when the guy was finish I paid an extra 125$ next time I use Home Depot or Lowe s I m very disappointed I don t mind paying but stick with the price you gave me the first time I won t use these guys again

The tech arrived 30 min early and was prepared to complete the job. We asked him to wear a mask and he was happy to do so. He knocked out the work in about 30 mins.
