Jeff did an outstanding job fixing the valve and connecting the waterline which was disconnected from another serviceman. I highly recommend Jeff and Guice Plumbing services!!

Wish to have the piece of sheet rock fixed as it was found by the tech, also, he did not have all the tools needed for the job.

All of the employees were very friendly and willing to help with any problems. Jeff was very efficient and knowledgeable about his task and when I mentioned the hot water warmed slowly in the kitchen he voluntarily adjusted my water heater. Plus, Guice gave me a 10% senior discount.

The technician Jose was prompt and worked hard to install my new water heater. I replaced my old 40 gallon with a new 50 gallon, so there were space issues to overcome but the job was completed and I am very happy!

All was well fast services easy fix. However- I want made aware of the flat service rate of $150.00. I was told $49 and that will be waved if I chose to get the work done. However- once the simple fix was completed I was told it s a flat rate of $150. The service is great however better communication when it s comes to quoting rates

The techs are great! The ladies in the office were polite and sounded very friendly and very patient. The first two guys that came out to my house were very professional. The next tech that came out was very nice and he did a great job, but their supervisor is like a pitbull, he does not have a professional attitude. I would recommend Guice services because the tech did great work. Maybe the supervisor could calm down a little. I would not want to deal with him again. There was a misunderstanding we had and I did not like the way he talked to me at all. Courtesy is still available in the world.

We ran into problems while installing a toilet, not on Guice Services behalf but they were amazing and worked hard to fix the issues. Very happy with them.
