Was later arriving due to traffic. Vehicle was not marked and did not have all the supplies he needed.

The young man look like a kid, but he was pleasant. He purchased a water heater expansion tank that was smaller than the one I had and that had me a bit concerned, but it is working at the moment.

Everthing was great. Fast response, communicated their arrival time and made good on it, plumber was professional, polite, and did the job quickly. He also triple checked his work and cleaned up. Price seemed a little high but I WILL use Guice Services again!

Came right out, fixed what needed to be fixed and was very professional. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I tried to contact the technician to fix his problem and he never returned my call. He used my bath towel (without my permission) and left a mess for me to clean up.

I called multiple plumbers needing one to come out the next day . Guice was the only one to offer am appointments , early bird gets the worm . Did a quick job that was hard to do , I m glad I hired them to do the job and would recommend them every time .

Communication difficulties trying to get technician to do repair.

This company does not disclose to potential customers that there is a minimum service charge of $125 prior to scheduling a service appointment. However, they do disclose that there is a trip/service fee of $50 that will be waived if you hire them to perform the job. The technician came unprepared with the parts to replace 2 shuts off valves, which was disclosed prior to setting an appointment. The technician was unable to complete the job in less than 2 hours and charged $175 for his service. I then received a receipt from the company after the technician left, and they recommended that I replace the new faucet, which the technician did not tell me! All he said was I cannot stop the faucet from dripping/streaming water, but you can at least turn the water off now. If I hire them back to replace the bathroom faucet, this job would cost me at least $350, not including the part. This is horrendous, unacceptable, and ridiculous! I DO NOT recommend this company, due to their lack of communication, honesty, and being transparent regarding service fees.
