I had a 1000 gal septic tank that needed to be pumped. RPX gave me a pretty good price they came out the same day and pumped it. He pumped it and told me that it needs to be pumped every year. He was fast and i will call again.

I had a few light fixtures that i needed to be installed. I had Rooter proxpress come out and they give me a quick quote. Price wasn't to bad so i asked him to look into a few other things while he was there. He was able to get all that done and the other stuff that i asked for aswell. Great work !!! Ill hire again.

I had bought a 2300 sq ft home it was a beauty. We were looking at upgrading the AC unit in our home do it being pretty old. I did some research and called RPX and they sent out Enoch and he showed me the the unit was very old and will give out soon. He told me about a carrier infinity system which is the top of the line type unit. It will save me money and energy and have less of the problems. He told me it was not goin to be cheap but it is worth it. To top off the experience he gave me a price that is $4000 less then most companies which was wonderful in my eyes. He came out the next day and was able to install the unit and told me how to take care of it. I must say he was a pleasure and very professional and seems to like his career. Great work i will hire again.

I came to one of the properties that i had to evacuate because the tenant and i weren't seeing eye to eye. After she left i went to look at the house to clean up. I noticed that one of my toilets were clogged pretty bad. I went on google to see if i can find a plumber that could come out the same day. RPX responded to my ad and sent out a gentleman named Emmanuel and he informed me that there were stuff pushed down in there so far that you could tell it was there on purpose. Some female personal stuff. I thanked him and we talked for a little he was great. Will use them again.

My dog broke the faucet off in tub while trying to give him a bath. I I normally put his leas on and tie him to the shower handle to keep him still. That day he wasn't having it at all he jumped and ripped off the faucet out of my shower. I called Rpx and they were able to send someone out here the same day. Young man named Tony came to my home and told me he could replace it after he told a better way to wash my dog. He had to run to the store and and get the type of faucet i wanted. Came back and finished the job. Great work.

I had pond of water at base of water heater probably needs replacing. I reached out to a website on google and filed out a survey and the next thing i know i had someone calling me from RPX. They sent out a tech and he told me that the issue could be the drain valve and it could be corroded. He said we would need to replace it so that it could run properly again. He took off the old one and replaced it everything was working fine. They did great work i will use them again.

My water heater is not heating and the water is flowing slow. I looked on google and it lead me to Rooter proxpress. A women named Jenni told me she could get someone out here as soon as today. I then got a call an hr later from someone telling me that someone is in route. The tech named Jumal came out and he took at a look at the water heater. He told me that i had sediment build up and that's what was causing my water heater to act that way. He told me that i had to have it flushed and he then it should be back good. He was a nice guy and got my hot water back.

I had ruptured water pipe in the front yard against the house. It's located behind bushes and the water is draining into my backyard. The ruptured pipe is above the cut off valve located in the basement. I had water everywhere in my backyard. I turned off the water and reached out to Rooter Proxpress and they sent someone out here quick. He came out and told me that my water pressure was to high which put a lot of pressure on the pipe causing it to burst. He said he could fix it but he had to run to the store to get the part he needed. He came back and fixed the pipe and be on his way great work.

I had a pipe that was leaking within the walls from the 2nd floor guest bathroom. The leak was leaking down to the first floor damaging the hard wood floors. Fixing hard wood floors isn't cheap. I reached out to Angie's and someone from RPX called me literally within seconds. She told me that she would wave my service fee if i wanted to processed with the quote. Which i thought would be ridiculously high. Surprisingly it wasn't as high as i thought. He told me he had to cut a whole in the wall to get the pipe he was able to get the pipe fixed and told how i could get the hole fixed. He was a very nice man i will hire this company again.

I walked over to my meter and it looked fine. I walked over to my septic and noticed the grass was a little different from the rest. I called Rpx and they came out and told me that my septic was filled to the top and needed to be pumped out because it was over flowing. He pumped it and told me im suppose to have it pumped every three years to prevent this from happening again. He was very nice and helpful. Will call again!!

The young man came out and i told him i hope he isn't scared of ghost because my house might be haunted. He laughed and took and look and told me that my electrical panel was bad and needed to be replaced. He replaced it and and told me not to worry there's no ghost. He was very nice and helpful.

I had a tech from RPX named Enoch he was every sweet. He came out and told me that i had a refrigerant leak in my unit. That was hard part to hear because that meant that i had to get a new one. He explained that the unit was well over the age of how long i He assured me that they could help me with finance so i can get a new unit. He came out within a few days and was able to install my unit. He was very sweet and good at what he was doin. Will hire again.

Need to replace a pressure regulator valve on 3/4 copper that is easily accessible in a lit full height basement (not behind anything, about head height). There is a shutoff valve upstream right before it in the basement. (I am talking about replacing the valve that controls the pressure going into the house plumbing system and is typically factory set at 55 psi.). Called RPX and they came out and was able to repair the my issue i will most defiantly be calling again.

Pipe to the tub is somehow disconnected and water was spewing down in the crawlspace. I turned the main water off to prevent further damage. The amount of water in the crawlspace was absolutely crazy. I wrote an Ad and had RPX call me withing seconds. A man told me i could have someone out the same day. When came to my home told me there was to much water in the basement for him to work. He has to call someone and they were able to come out and get the water cleaned up. He came back out the next day and was able to fix the pipe that was broken. This was great team worker between the both of them. I will use them again.

I have a slow leak in the piping in my basement . I called like maybe 10 different plumbers to see if i can get someone out to fix it within the same day because i needed my water and i had to turn it off. I finally got someone from RPX and she told me she could get a tech out there the same day. He came out and told me it wasn't just a leak the pipe was broken. he told me he could fix it while he there. THANK GOD !!!! He told me what i should look for if this ever happens and he will come back out and fix that as well.

Noticed water damage in ceiling of living room and garage. Both of these are located under bath tubs and then noticed wetness under three sinks. I could figure out where the water was coming from. I reached out to Angie's leads and someone called me back and told me they would get someone out here within a hr. The tech came out and told me i had a busted pipe in my wall for the shower and it was spreading. He told me a pretty hefty price then told me they could help me with financing. He came back out the next day and fix this problem. Great work finished in a timely manor.

Have a water leak with water leaking through ceiling on main level. There was a big stain on my ceiling and starting to drip through. I looked on google and saw RPX with their $49 service fee. They said it would be waved if i decided to go through with the quote from the tech. It wasn't so bad so i said ok they were able to find the leak and get me up and goin again. Will use again !!

The water company turned off my water because they think i have a leak. Since last bill I've used 15K gallons of water and they said the red dial in the h2o face was spinning which indicates a leak. I wrote an ad on Angie's and had a response withing seconds from RPX called and said they could get someone out the same day. He came out and fixed my water line in two days. I will hire again.

I had a PVC pipe in my garage that has a hole in it and there is water leaking from it. I reached out to RPX and they were able to get someone out here same day. The tech came out and he told me that i had a pinhole leak. All he has to do is wrap it with fiberglass filling or epoxy putty to close off the damage. He was outstanding fixed it and told me what to look for. I will keep using them.

There is leak in my ceiling in the laundry room. Possibly from the master bathroom upstairs. There was a big wet spot in my ceiling it looked like it was goin to fall through. I reached out to RPX due to i have used them a few times before. They are great the customer service is very good and very professional. They came out and told me that i had a leak in my walls and that was what was causing the water stain. He told what i could do to fix that water stain and then fixed my issues. Im very pleased to work them and will keep working with them.
