Kind, helpful technician; knows his job

Plumbing of any sort is expensive. This was no exception, but they arrived on time and did the repair at the quoted price. I hired them twice! I gave work quality a 3 because they wouldnâ t let me leave it blank. Until i have a very good reason to crawl under the house I wonâ t know any better

My first touchpoint with the company was Tracy. She was extremely helpful and very nice to talk to. Johnny was our repairman and he was also super chill and friendly to speak to. We chatted it up a bit about random stuff. If anything happens that would lead me to call again...I'd do it without hesitation -- neither should you.

A plumber came out from Guice Svcs. and with my help found the leak. He thought it was the shower pan but it was not. The repair resulted in a large hole in the ceiling and he said his company would like to bid on the repair to spackle and paint it and they had experts to do the work. The next morning he showed up as the expert He started the job but by afternoon said he was leaving as he was a plumber and not a painter. I then called Guice and spoke to the Office Manager. Jeffrey. I had paid $300 to do the repair work and asked for a refund in order to hire someone else to fix a botched repair job. In addition to poor work he had tracked paint all over my drive, walkway and porch as well as the floors inside. Mr. Jeffrey ranted and raved that they were plumbers and not painters, that Home Advisor had nothing to do with his company and only he could set prices He finally offered me a $200 refund that he would send me in the mail. After more ranting and raving he rescinded that offer and said he would send a pro out to fix the problem. A man showed up the next day and said his instructions were to charge a minimum of $250 for the job I had all the necessary supplies on hand so I asked what the $250 was for and he said to just fix the immediate area. I asked if he was a professional painter and he said he was a plumber who also did painting. He could not give me a price beyond the fact that it would be $250 minimum. I told him I would not have him do the work and he left. To date I have paid Guice $450. I am left with a mess that is a small job for most painters and am having difficulty getting anyone out here to even give me a quote. This was a terrible experience and I would $200 back. *****UPDATE: September 8th, 2020; They did refund $200.

Home depot wouldn't install our new dishwasher because the drain ran through the floor into the crawl space. Guice sent a man same day and the total installation was within $17 of HD's installation fee.

Experience was good however during these times of COVID-19 technicians didn't have masks on. I would have declined the service but needed it done. They did a good job on the sink repair. The technicians were polite. I thought the price was a little steep for adding 2x4 to reinforce sink and seal $325

The technicians came out on time and finished a quality job in just a few hours. They were courteous and professional. It was simple and to the point.

They are the only one who found that the garage disposal was loose and did not need replacement! Saved me dollars!!

These young men were great, they wouldn't give up even though it took them awhile to find the issue. I will use them again if I ever have plumbing problems.

Beside fixing what he was called out to do, he also fixed another matter we had guestion about without hesitation. I was thankful for that.
