Extremely polite, very knowledgeable, just great. I am so impressed. There was a small adjustment that had to be taken care of and it took less that 5 minutes to take care of. I am ready for my next experience.

I had these guys come out to work on a few simple things. Including a new gas fitting for a grill. They were unable to help with the gas fitting, but spent a couple of hours trying, took 2 trips to the home maintenance store, and then left without turning my gas back on. On top of it, he did not fix my leaky outdoor faucet. Other than a slow drain he did not fix anything in the 3+ hours he was here.

I have asked for an itemized bill. I haven t gotten one yet. The Plumber left for an hour and 20 minutes to go 6 miles down the road to Home the home maintenance store. He had to pick up something he did not have on his truck to make the repair and then I asked him while he was there to purchase disposal. So when we paid it was 500 and something dollars but they could not tell me the price of the disposal and why I was being charged so much.

The team that did the job were GREAT, extremely polite and quite. They finished the job qiuckly and completely. After having a hot water tank leak the company thought I'd be better off with a tankless unit. They were right it is working great and takes up a lot less space. I thank them for the recommendation. They all were great.

The plumber came out within hours of our call and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem with the toilet flange being too high after removing old tile floors and replacing with lower profile flooring. Had to cut through thick piping and replace several sections of old piping. Did a great job. Would recommend again.

I had a bad experience with another company and my experience with this company has restored my faith that there are companies and people who still pride themselves on providing the best in class service. The guy was very professional, answered all of my questions. The rep actually took time to process my questions and concerns and not just offering a quick response because of my lack of knowledge or me being female. The rep made sure I understand everything and review the job with me after he was done.

Very knowledgeable- Friendly. Helpful. Explained well. The waterlogged ceiling was caving in so he had to remove the drywall - which was wet at that point - to find the leaking pipe. I did not give a perfect 5 because even though he took away most of the debris the place was a complete mess afterwards. I know opinions are mixed about whether plumbers should clean after themselves but ...
