Prompt service

The technician, Jose, was friendly and professional, and took a conservative approach in removing a kitchen sink blockage to avoid the more expensive use of a camera. He was very thorough and persisted until we were assured that the job was done. We would recommend this company to friends and family.

Came the same day I requested service.

Terrible. Left my toilet shaking, left my ceiling damaged. They started my job on Saturday, the same to finish on Monday charge me a $180 consultation fee. I was never told that I would change that. I had to stop payment with my bank. The manager promised to call me back twice but never did. Do not use them, RUN.

Company was polite and prompt. Jeff said to tell technician to make sure that i received all discounts but did not enumerate. i still do not know what they are. The technician was prompt,polite and knowledgeable. he worked non stop and the end result was impeccable.

Chicorey did a great job taking care of a drippy kitchen sink and clearing a pedestal sink and worked on commode. He was very courteous and knowledgable. We are very pleased.

The company was pleasant to work with, and even did a follow up call to make sure the job was done correctly. Rooter Proxpress took great care of me! I submitted my request through Home Advisor and they contacted me by phone immediately and offered a same day appointment! Jose visited with me and talked through my options to either repair or replace my downstairs toilet. I decided to replace so Jose went to pick up my new toilet. When he began to install it, he noticed a small crack in it. That was unacceptable for him, so he returned that toilet and came back with another one. Replacement was done the same day I submitted my request and I couldn't have asked for better service and professionalism!

Appears to be a good company I did have one extra issue attended to still I felt it was a little pricey. The plumber was very nice young man

Called this plumber for two different jobs. Both times I got professional service and I was highly satisfied.

Was able to have the repair quickly. Kept me updated on the status of the arrival. Alex was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Was pleased with the repair and faucet worked exceptionally. Will definitely recommend and will use them in the future!

Alex Walker was the plumber in charge on a hot water heater replacement. He was very responsive, professional and hard worker. The unit had some issues next day..so I called him, and he called me back, came back to fix the problem in a timely manner. I do recommend the Rooter Proxpress for great job and reasonable price.

The young man was professional and accommodating. The price could have been $20 or $30 less but they came right away and we needed them. I would hire again.

Showed up on time...Evaluated my problem,gave me the answers I needed. Swapped out my old tank and connected the new tank to my system...Job well done and the new tank looks impressive..Agent hauled away the old tank and cleaned up the area...Awesome job..
