We had to have the pipes jetted to clear the debris from our field lines. Thankfully the septic tech recognized quickly that we didn't need a pump out and saved us from unnecessary repairs. Fantastic group and will be using them for all of our plumbing needs.

While working with the company I spoke to several people, each individual was pleasant and professional. The plumber and his assistant were able to get the job in a day and a half. My home is now running efficiently with all new plumbing pipes.

Im not satisfied with the project.

They repaired the leak under my kitchen sink without having to make any cuts into the cabinets. My plumber arrived prepared to work and answered all my questions. He was also able to install a new faucet for me. at a minimal cost.

I noticed when we had guest spend several days with us that the water pressure was low, I called Rooter ProXpress thinking it was one thing. Our plumber diagnosed that it was a sediment buildup, which he resolved. Water pressure and temperature are back to normal.

The water pressure in our townhome was fluctuating over the course of 2 weeks. We did a google search and made the appointment. The plumber took his time in his evaluation and told us it was the pressure regulator that failed. Water pressure has been good since the repair, no issues.

I noticed the back area of our ranch home was smelling like bad thought I needed to do a deep clean. After several days and multiple products I learned it was the septic tank. We arranged for a septic pump out, they came out the following day and the pump out went great. He gave us recommendations to for the longevity of our tank.

My husband and I were planning to finish our basement and during the planning stages it was shared that we needed a sump pump installed. We called several companies, Rooter ProXpress was the only company that showed up on time. Long story made short, the work was done without any flaws. The technician answered all our questions and provided us with his information if we has any additional questions after he left. 5 star service.

Rooter Pro Express was very efficient in repairing my leak in 2nd floor bathroom. They were considerably lower and much more professional than the other another plumbing company I invited the day before. It was finished the same day within 2 hours.

We discovered while renovating my grandparents house that they had cast iron pipes. Rooter Pro Xpress came out they provided a estimate which was within our budget. Not only did they install new pipes, we had the company install all new faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen. Exceptional work.

Each person that I interacted with gave exceptional service, all of them were attentive and pleasant. The plumber identified the leak and repaired it within the timeframe he told me. Cost effective and will continue to utilize their services.

I had a leak in the front of my yard Rpx came out and told me that i was having some drainage issues. It was my French drain. It was a easy fix. He did his job and explain to me that its not a big problem that my drains just have to be cleaned regularly to keep them working properly. Good man, Great company

My water heater pilot went out and i needed it to be re-lite. Tech told me something about a flex tube having a kink in it which can cause an unstable stream of gas that can cause the pilot to go out. He re-lite it and told me if it goes out again to give him a call. Great guy

I came back to my home and it was blazing in my home. I thought that my air was just turned off. I reached out to RPX and they sent a tech out to check my unit. He told me that i needed a whole new unit because the unit i had was over the life span of the units. He told me he could get one ordered and come back and install it. He came back the two days later and installed it and had my home feeling good again.

My next door neighbor's house got struck by lightening and knocked out her power. She had a tech that came from rooter proxpress. He told her to invest in a lightening protector. I asked him if he could come install one into my home as well. He called it in and was able to come to my home next and install one.

Bad smell in my home wasnt extremely bad but there was smell. RPX came and cleared my drain and was on their way. They Were very fast and very respectful. Using them again.

Some of my lights were flickering on and off. I kept hearing crackling and buzzing sounds. I also would smell a burning smell through out my house, I reached out to Rpx to see i i can someone out to see whats going on in my home. The tech came out and told me that i needed to get a new panel. He installed it and my house stop looking ,like it was being possessed .

I wanted this shower that fell over you like a waterfall. I thought those showers were very nice I reached out to RPX to see how long it would take before they were able to come out and install. They sent out a tech that was able yo give me a price on how much it was cost to install. He came out and installed my beautiful shower. Made me feel like i was under one for real i love it.

Before we had this little rain weeks my unit decided to go out in the week when it was extremely hot. I tried to call three different companies and no one could come out until later that week. now im 75 years old i cant be in the house full of heat. Brain came out from rpx the same day i called. He was able to fix it and get air back.

I had a simple problem a clogged sink. Thomas came out and he unclogged the sink. i Thanked him and he was gone. I like how fast he worked i will call again.

I had a pretty big window unit and i needed it installed. I called so many companies and no one could come more like wouldn't come out to help. I called RPX i found them on google and they told me they could get someone out here within an hr. The young man came and told me he could install it. He installed and was on his way. I'm very thankful and will use them again.

I needed my tank pumped it was so bad it was leaking into my home. Stanning my floors. Levi from RPX came out and told me it had to be pumped. He pumped and told me what i would have to do to keep it from happening. I loved how respectful he was very professional. I will call him back.

My tankless water heater started shooting out water from the top of it. I wrote on angie's to see if i could get someone out to fix this problem. Someone called me withing a few seconds. They came out and told me that there was a pressure build up in the tank that can cause cracks in the tank causing it to leak. He told me that he just needed to fix some gaskets and it should be back running good. I will be using them again.

I had a few things that i needed to be done. I needed some outlets through out my house installed and checked out. I also had some lights that needed to be installed around my house as well. There were some light switches that also needed to be repaired due to them not working. Rpx Tech came out and he installed and repaired everything i needed done.
