Immediately after I submitted a quote from Angie, I got phone calls from the company. I was given an estimate of the labor cost but was specifically told that only the technician would be able to give me the actual cost. I was able to get someone over to my house within 2 hours of my call. The technician arrived on time and gave us a quote that was very reasonable for the new heater and labor. The total cost was the same as the labor cost, quoted by another another company. The installation went well and by dinner time, we had a new heater. We are very satisfied with the service provided by the technician, Emmanuel. We will definitely use Rooter XPR in the future.

Very outstanding work from this company. It was great to be able to discuss with a representative what was going on in my home and they were able to decipher my needs. My plumber arrived the following day to replace the pressure relief valve. This guy had the magic touch because remedy was immediate.

Having a main water line leak is quite frightening however this company has the best employees. Each person that I spoke with had what I called a great bed side manner. My sense of urgency became there's. They arrived early, was prepared to locate the leak and repair it as well. The plumber provide me the step by step process and he even finished ahead of schedule. The entire team is FANTASTIC.

Imagine coming home to find water sprouting from a pipe in our kitchen. RPX was the only company that was able to get a plumber to me the same day. Purchased a Glacier Bay toilet . Roto came out within hours . Emmanuel was great! Even took the old toilet and trash with him. He cleaned the floor afterwards. The fee was a little higher than most. But well worth it to have the work done right.

Our pet was playing hide and seek and while we were in the crawl space looking for him we discovered that the pipes looked weird. The Rooter Pro Xpress plumber told us we have cast iron pipes and there is in fact some corrosion. He did recommend re-piping that area, he prepared an estimate and we booked the job in 2 weeks. Professional and efficient.

Prime example of when to hire a plumbing professional; I changed the shower handle in my bathroom. It immediately was difficult to turn and nearly an hour of manipulating the situation got worse. The company was able to send a plumber to me first thing in the morning, he was prompt and undid all my handy work. Kudos to the company for hiring this great plumber.

I met with one of the plumbers while at a gas station and he confirmed that I was able to relocate our hot water heater. I immediately called and made an appointment with the plumber I spoke with. He did spend some time during the appointment to evaluate the best space in the lower level of my home. The move of the heater was executed beautifully, best decision to use Rooter Pro Xpress.

Rooter ProXpress was able to assist in the transition of my tub/shower combo into a curb less shower. They were able to add the necessary plumbing based off of my renovation plan. My plumber also advised on drainage and waterproofing which I didn't include in my plans however he was able to fulfill. Overall very great experience.

My cat decided it wanted to use my bathroom sink as a playground and broke the bowl. After several attempts to DIY, the sink kept cracking and it got worse. It also caused my faucet to produce a slow leak. I purchased a new sink and the company came out the following day. Install was fast and the leak was repaired. Turned out fantastic.

We enjoy using our fire place and one evening it wouldn't turn on. The technician was able to come the next afternoon, he indicated that pilot light has shut off and he cleared the gas line for us to allow usage that same day. The company sent a great plumber and his assistant to detect the leak as well as the needed repair. He was able to outline a plan for repairs as well as the total cost. My service with this company is well beyond 5 stars. I've been in my home for several years and I was due for a pump out. During the inspection, the technician noted some issues with my drain fields. He advised on the best course of action which I followed as we plan on staying in this home for several more years. RPX will be a continued provider for our home.
