It was time to upgrade all 7 toilets in home since they were the originals when we purchased the home. We consulted with the RPX plumber and he was able to recommend efficiency toilets at a lower cost. We set up the replacement for the end of the week and everything went well. WE enjoyed working with him and his colleague.

Having a company like Rooter Pro Xpress is a bonus I learned during my water heater service appointment that they provide electric and HVAC. I am so excited that I can call on them for most of my home needs. My current water heater was serviced by a very well spoken and efficient plumber. His work was thorough and he didn't much after to tidy up. He also applied a first time customer discount.

The plumber was able to provide us with multiple options with our water heater. We ended up replacing the entire unit with a great warranty. We enjoyed working with the plumber will use their services again.

We replaced our all the fixtures in our bathroom with the help of Rooter Pro Xpress. Their expertise gave us the ability to select the type of fixtures we wanted based off of our aesthetics and functionality. He was so patient with us and the job was done with pure perfection.

It was great to finally have our pot filler faucet working again. We had a couple of plumbers advise us that it would take so much work to get this repaired. We finally called Rooter Pro Xpress, as soon as the plumber walked in our kitchen he immediately let me know that that would be a very easy repair and take less then a couple of hours. He did fantastic job, worth my continued business and referral.

I installed ADA toilet and replaced faucets for my parents to allow them better ease. The plumber took our needs and was able to translate them into a low cost install. During the appointment I mentioned that my parents faucets were hard for them to manipulate, he offered some great recommendation, which we also replaced. We enjoyed feeling like a valued customer.

We dug several holes and still couldn't find the leaking pipe in the front yard. The company was able to find the leak and start the repair process within the hour of arrival. We had upcoming travel plans and needed this repaired quickly...RPX was completed with repairs, completion before the timeframe given to me. Excellent work by the plumbers.

We were lucky in getting a plumber from Rooter Pro Xpress to come out to repair our running toilet. Because this was caught early this saved us from a high water bill and further damage to the toilet. Our plumber was polite and exact in his diagnosis. Not only that it was reasonably priced.

Two clogged toilets and a slow draining kitchen sink led to us calling Rooter Pro Xpress. Although it wasn't the conclusion that we wanted to hear...Mainline Stoppage...we were so thankful that this company was able to repair it. The plumber and his assistant worked with such efficiency which is out of the norm for me because of bad experiences with other plumbing companies. These guys are outstanding.

Having a plumbing professional is so much easier then DIY. I tried and failed miserably. I found myself struggling the entire process. I call and the plumber came to my rescue. RPX was came to my home within 2 hours and was installed all 3 toilets in the length of time I spent with the 1 toilet. Note to self hire Rooter Pro Xpres for all my plumbing jobs.

Having a sump pump is definitely the a good decision on our part. We want to use the basement as an entertainment space. The company installed a sump pump at a reasonable cost and within a short time frame. Matter of fact they were able to install it faster than I expected. I appreciate all that this company has done for me and my family.

We initially assumed that our water bill was increasing due to it being the summer season. After a couple of months and our bill nearly tripled. The company recognized our sense of urgency and sent a technician. He was able to locate the leak and advised on the needed repairs. It was a blessing to us that it was small section. We are lucky that this was only a small drip into our downstairs bathroom. and even more lucky that this company answered after 4pm. The plumber was very precise in diagnosis and was able to perform the repairs that same afternoon. I enjoy working with companies that have the customer in mind rather than trying to always upsell a bunch of unneeded stuff.

Rooter Pro Express installed a new water heater for us when renovated the loft area above our stand alone garage. It was great to work with a group of qualified people even more better that they didn't try to over charge me. Installation happened as other contractors were working in the unit. We are very pleased at the overall outcome.

M undermount sink started falling down from the granite counter tops. He did have to readjust some things and then assured me that there was no damage to the pipes and garbage disposal. His work was impeccable and timely.

I initially hired this company to replace my kitchen faucet being that it was faulty. I was so impressed after he was complete that I asked if he would replace all of the faucets in the home to match the one in the kitchen. He gave me a great price for the additional service. Kudos for this company for not overcharging their customers and hiring an outstanding plumber.

Hiring a someone who is well versed is way more smart then watching some "online" personality who might or might not be a plumber give you "hacks" to unclog a toilet. After pouring hot water, dish soap and using a plunger Roter ProXpress came to the rescue. Problem solved and lesson learned to always call this company for all my plumbing issues, no more do it yourself.

Not only did they send a well knowledgeable plumber, he came prepared to dig based off of my phone call to the office. His sense of urgency matched mine which settled me because I knew the job was handled. In a nutshell, he was successful and are so happy.

We had an appointment with this company to repair our toilet and during the consultation he recommended to replace the toilet. It was due to the age and the cost of parts would be far greater then a brand new toilet. Well...we thought we knew better. We invited another company and they told us they could fix it for way more then RPX with no mention of a replacement toilet. By end of he week Rooter Pro Xpress was at our house with a new toilet ready for installation. Best decision ever.

Being able to access such a great company is always a plus. We are grateful as to how the technician came to the appointment on time and gave us a very detailed estimate which we approved. Installation happened same day and did not delay our renovation progress. 5 stars!

Great company. We initially thought our sump pump was not the right size due to the way it was performing. However with the knowledge of the Rooter Pro Express plumber, he determined it was clogged. Our service didn't take long and he I am certainly thankful that the cost was affordable.

Our landscaper accidently hit our water main and RPX sent an absolute professional. This plumber was efficient and skilled at his craft. He was the only vendor that showed up for us prepared to work same day. We're so pleased with how things turned out.

Rooter Pro Xpress is an excellent company to work with. When it was time to replace our water heater due to age they were able to provide us options based off of our current needs and budget. They installed the next day and our appointment went with zero issues.

So glad we called Rooter Pro Xpress for service as we thought we had just a clogged toilet. We soon learned when the plumber arrived that we our septic tank was in need of service. The plumber called the office and they were able to send the septic tech to our house later in the day. He came out and took care of us and did a full treatment. In conjunction with what the plumber did our house is back in order.
