This company are scam. They attempted to bill for work they haven't done( my cameras will prove it)

Did not complete work as agreed and continued to contact me months after.

Basically I hired them to clean my gutters. I signed up for the bi-annual service and scheduled them to come to my house. On the day of appointment, they sent a confirmation text they were on the way, then minutes later, they sent an Opps, there is a problem. I called in and there was an issue with the cross street in the system, we updated that information and they said, they will send the team right back out. This did not happen. I called in again and they said yes.. they won't make it but would come out next week as we don't do appointments. I was able to get them to commit to a day of the week and then they canceled again the morning of the service. I called back in, they said, no really, a manager was on the phone with the team to get them to come out to the house that same day.. 30 minutes later, I got an Oops.. Can't make it out today. The Customer Service team I chatted with were extremely nice and professional. I hate giving bad reviews, but this service just wasn't for me.

I would definitely have them back again. They were professional, quick, and got the job done. We are very satisfied.

Got the job done. The scheduling process was fast and easy. They were able to come out the following day. And they cleaned up all the debris after they were finished.

Ned Steven sent me a text, as promised, to notify me a crew was on the way to my residence to clean my gutters and clean the pinestraw from my roof. They arrived and did an EXCELLENT job, not just with the gutters and roof cleaning, but cleaned up the surrounding area after they had finished. What would have taken me 6-8 hours, they completed in 2 hours. The crew was friendly and they alerted me of current issues with my roofing and gutters. Overall, my first Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning Experience was AWESOME!!!

Although I could not get up on the roof to confirm the quality of the work, the company seems to do what they say they will do - and in a timely fashion! They alerted me of some other work that needed to be done on the roof, and are flexible with the payment options!

They contacted me and then they came and did the service within a week.
