Good final result. Very pushing and could/did not give me a reasonable appointment window. Up to ten days, no time frame, and didn t need to be home. They leave a slip. I m sure they the work, I m having my husband check. But they would not tell me when they would be coming and I could stay at home for 12 days waiting. I had to call and complain to get them out herr. I also asked them to secure a down spout, they did not ... and I wasn t here to remind them. Would not to hire again. I should have cancelled. Terrible experience. There s a reason they gave me a good price. I cannot comment on the quality of work as I wasn t home to see results. My husband will check this weekend.

Spoke to the Owner on May 26 to get a price for gutter cleaning, the price was reasonable so I scheduled the cleaning. They said they would be out sometime in that week, this never happens and I never got a call. Call the office to see when they were going to do the work and I was told: Soon you are on the list. Called last Thursday to see when they were coming and I was told it is 10 days from when you book it, as it has been over 14 days I find this laughable. 18 days later and still no gutter cleaning, or call from the company. Highly disappointed as they had great reviews!

You better be home, not like customer service said, you don't need to be home. They need your water to clean gutter.

They responded quickly to my query. We negotiated time and cost and 2 men arrived promptly within the window quoted. They completed the cleaning of the gutters on our large house in slightly over an hour, cleaned up completely, told me that I needed some downspout work and left.

Unfortunately I wasn’t here when they showed up because I was interested in the condition of our underground drainage. The door tag had a box that allowed for problem remediation and it wasn’t checked, so I feel better about that. I’m sure I’ll hire them again, and I’m looking forward to the next hard rain to see that the water isn’t coming out the seams of the connections.

Gutters were cleaned, but they left the fence gate open after they left and both our dogs ran out were missing for several hours.

Employees were courteous and professional. They offered a discount coupon. Service was scheduled for a time that was reasonable. Technician arrived provided the service without disturbing my day as I had requested. Perfect!

Very, very pleased with the company. I made an appointment and the service was completed early the next morning. They were so quiet and quick that I never knew they were there! They even suggested some very good tips for cleaning our gutters.

I signed up for an annual maintenance contract for gutter cleaning + a dryer vent cleaning, to be completed during the initial visit. More than a month after I contracted with this customer, they had not made the first visit (which I was promised would be scheduled within a few weeks). I called the company and was scheduled within a few days. During the visit, one of the workers showed me a photo of the dryer venting and explained that they would not be able to complete the work and that I would not be charged. He would inform his manager. I was charged for the dryer vent cleaning, and was provided absolutely no guidance as to what the problem was. Apparently, this company likes to take their customers money, but is not so anxious to actually complete the work. I have cancelled my annual service agreement, as this company does not meet my service expectations.

Asked around and no one was willing to come out in less than 10 days. These guys were out and done the next day. They left the pine needles in 8 bags, which I used for mulch.

I appreciate they were able to come out quicker than expected.

They re efficient and clean up all the mess from gutters.
