Andy Miller, came out to my home yesterday to inspect my air conditioning unit. I must say, he was the rudest person I have ever dealt with, and was not very professional at all. I found out about your company on the Home Advisers website looking to get a second opinion. Even when my husband called me in order to make the payment, I could hear Mr. Miller in the background talking bad about us, as if we were not going to pay him the $89.00 service fee. I, nor my husband, appreciates being handled as if we are less than anyone else. I work in the field of customer service, and the type of service we received, if I'd provided that level of service, I'd lose my job. I have never been treated this poorly in my life, and my interaction with him was just over the phone. My husband had to deal with it in person. He called me as soon as Mr. Miller left speaking of his unprofessional-ism and his attitude. I would really like to speak with someone about this, and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as that type of treatment is not tolerated in my home.
