Why are there only five stars? These guys deserve 10 stars! Coming from a family of builders, I am a tough sale. That is what makes this roof replacement by Storm Roof Systems so significant. There is no sale involved when you simply deliver quality and excellence. After seeing countless roof replacements in my subdivision completed by Storm Roof Systems and other companies, it was easy to resolve that Storm Roof Systems was who we needed to complete ours. They completed our roof in a timely manner. They stayed true to the schedule they proposed. They were polite, respectful, and considerate. Even though we fully expected some banging around as it is a roof repair, they still apologized for any inconvenience with the noise and that is Stellar Customer Service at its best. Once the job was complete, they cleaned up everything perfectly. As an added bonus, they interacted with the insurance company on our behalf and we literally had to do nothing but enjoy seeing our new roof. We just recently had our roof replaced by Storm Roof Systems (Storm Roof Systems.com). It was an excellent experience. We worked with Jose Barrera. He did the inspections and evaluations of our roof. He worked directly with the appraiser - and the new roof covered by our insurance company. They said what they were going to do - and did what they said. Best of all they always available for our questions and stayed in communication with us during the entire process. They made a very difficult experience very easy. I highly recommend
