I needed to know why my fan was shaking and they sent someone to check it. It wasn't repairable, but the technician was very helpful and knowledgeable.

My experience with Casteel was great. Lamar & Matthew were my electricians and did a fabulous job. They installed 8 outlets in my unfinished basement within 2.5 hours and the pricing was very reasonable. To be honest, I was a little skeptical of hiring a "big company" for this project in fear of the price, however, I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend Casteel to friends and family.

Very friendly and efficient. Came out immediately and was able to solve by problem. Seemed very expensive for what I had them do (install a dimmer switch that was already set up which just needed put back in the wall, and fix an outdoor outlet which was not working), but I would use them again.

The electricians are the most knowledgeable by far and worth every penny.

The company called ahead and even sent name and picture of the representative we were to expect. The representative that came out to my home was very helpful. Gave us 3 options and even provided a 4th at my request. Very easy to work with.
