Prompt and on time. Called ahead to let us know he was enroute. He was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The quote was reasonable and the work was completed the same day.

The tech/roofer LISTENED to my repair request. He INSPECTED my roof. He EXPLAINED in detail (with pictures) what he would have to do to complete my request. He RECOMMENDED additional repairs that I should have completed to prevent future problems (with pictures). He COMPLETED the work in one day. He NEGOTIATED a fair price. He was a great communicator. All the while the work was being performed , he made sure that I was satisfied. He performed over and above what was expected. I am satisfied with the work and price. I would recommend this tech/roofer to friends and family.

The roofers arrived on time and were very professional in their work. They took the time to find the leak in my roof. They also made sure all my boots & other vents were properly attached to my roof & calked to prevent possible leaks in the near future as well.

Danny was prompt and professional. He showed up on time and completed the project to my satisfaction. He did a thorough assessment of what needed to be done and did what he said he would do on time and on budget. I will definitely use him again.

Danny examined the roof and, with digital pictures, showed me the problem. Once it was identified, he told me what was necessary to repair it and what the cost would be. His men started immediately and the roof was in good shape before the end of the day. He tried to match the existing shingles as best he could, but a 10 yr old roof is never going to match new shingles perfectly. I was very satisfied with the work he and his crew did and would recommend them highly to others. He accomplished what another roofing company DIDN'T a year previous! Thank goodness I waited before doing sheetrock repair. Now I can do it with confidence, knowing that the roof will not leak. Thank you, Danny, for a job well done!

When I went on to HomeAdvisor's website and hit the send button to find a roofer, this company called within seconds. We scheduled appointment and came out same day and assessed the problem and fixed it all in the same day! It was a great value. Got a good bang for the buck. Also, when I looked at his reviews this gave me even more confidence in him.

About a week before Christmas 2015, an 80 foot tall pine tree fell on my house. Mr. Egan wss the first to return the call for help. His first question was 'Is everyone alright, do you have power and heat? He came out on a Sunday afternoon to put on a tarp before the rain began that evening. This level of professionalism and timely scheduling and completion of the job was unlike anything I've ever experienced with large home repairs. And that's not all, he upgraded me to lifetime shingles (yes! Looks better and lasts longer. His crew fixed / repaired several things not previously discussed .

Did not show up when he said he would and did not call. Work was done another day. Quality of work was fine, but I waited all day for him to show up on the scheduled day and he never did and did not have the courtesy to call to tell me he would not be there.
