Danny and crew were professional, coordinated, efficient and listened well. I find listening a key component in customer service and making sure everyone is on the same page. I highly recommend Roof Tech Advisor Danny above the bigger, high dollar (high advertisement) companies for one on one assurance of a job well done. If I had to, I could reach Danny at any moment with questions or concerns and my house and yard were exactly as they were prior to the new roof. Everything was done in one day.........just as promised.

Initially I was skeptical but Danny’s organization stepped up and beat the schedule time to complete repairs date by a week. Danny kept me informed throughout the process on when various people would arrive, etc and generally where things stood. His crew was flexible on adhoc tasks I requested and would hire him again.

Roof replaced in a timely manner. Left for work with the damaged room, returned with a new roof and no debris laying around. Very satisfied.

Roof Tech Advisor performed repairs on my roof for several leaks that became apparent with the previous rain storms. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the team cleaned up once they were done. Danny was very knowledgeable about the roofing industry and was able to answer all of my questions. He talked a lot about himself and kept repeating how he has done 3500 jobs. Then he charged me $740 and I still had the leak from my roof!

I had a leak discovered by a spot on the ceiling in our guest bathroom. I called Danny and he came out the same day for an estimate. The customer experience was great. He explained the problem and gave a very competitive estimate. Danny provided the experience and knowledge I was looking for. Danny was my contact throughout the project and was an active participate in the repair work. The repair work was performed quickly. I also had a ventilation fan installed which has made the attic much cooler. They cleaned up the work site very well and were professional throughout the project. Danny was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him to others.

Danny was great to work with. We had dealt with 5 other roofers prior to him and he was the only one who took pictures of what needed work. He explained everything that needed to be done and did it all. He stands by his work and we are satisfied with his service.

Danny was awesome!! He worked with my home insurance company to get my roof replaced. The work was done in two days. The roof looks great and the crew did a great job cleaning up. Danny also fixed my chimney and installed attic fans. He and his employees are extremely professional and great to work with. I highly recommend this company!!
