I was very anxious about finding a company to repair my roof. Fortunately I interviewed Daniel with Atlantas Best Roof Tec Advisor. I had already spoken to other companies and did not feel comfortable with them but Daniel was confident and knowledgeable and helped me to understand the work that needed to be done. Every stage of the project was done on time and his roofing crew were excellent. Efficient, courteous and conscientious. They were very respectful about my home and kept the work area picked up at every point of the job. I am very pleased with how my project was managed and executed. I did have an issue with a leak and Daniel had one of his very experienced roofers at my home within a day to correct the problem and review other areas. I am very happy to report that I am leak free and very grateful to Danny and his company

The owner of the company came to inspect my leak himself. He was the height of professionalism and was very honest. Rather than trying to convince me that I needed a non-existent repair, he located a leak in my HVAC line that was dripping onto my ceiling. He even recommended someone else to fix that problem. Wonderful customer service.

Dan Egan has a eagle eye for detail. His crew is very considerate and produce a high quality job. The job met every expectation we had. All jobs in the future for roofing will only be done by Dan Egan.

Here's the short review and for those who want more details continue reading below. First of all, Danny knows roofs and roofing systems. In my case, he also proved to be an excellent problem-solver. The most important thing I can say is that everything he told me was true and the suggestions he offered improved the curb appeal and value of my house. The second most important thing I can say is his crews are professional, courteous and prompt. When the project was complete, there were no extra financial surprises. All along the way he kept me informed of what was happening and what I needed to consider in order to make the best possible decisions. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use his services again or refer him to anyone needing a roof. My experience has an A+ rating. Now for those who want to read more. Getting a new roof is an expensive enterprise and in my case the decision to move forward had to be made pretty quickly. I was fortunate that part of it was covered by insurance and it was Danny's expertise, knowledge and honesty that helped that process go as smoothly as it possibly could. I still had to make a hefty investment because I also needed other repairs and new gutters. I always felt confident that Danny was my advocate, passionate about good customer service and wanted me to be completely satisfied when all was said and done. During the various stages of my project, each crew that showed up was respectful of my property and the neighbors. The cleanup after the roof removal and install was amazing. I have dogs and was worried about the roofing nails in the yard but they did several checks and it was an extremely thorough cleanup job. In closing, there is a lot of information to digest when making this type of decision. I did my due diligence and research and found that I was being told the truth. He arrived as promised, did an outstanding job explaining what shape my roof was in, educating me on how his Company goes above and beyond in their selection of the highest quality materials and execution of the installation. His installers were on time and worked diligently to complete the job. The time span from contracting Mr. Egan until the job was done was only seven days!
