+ -1 moreWe think Tommy Cofer is great! Always polite, reasonably priced, and willing to work into the evening to fit us in during an "emergency."
Description of Work: We have used Tommy Cofer for 20 years. He is dependable, and we consider him to be very honest and quite reasonable in his charges. When we moved 15 miles from our previous home, we were delighted that he was able to service our new home, as well. We are convinced that on several specific occasions he was able to save us significant money by recommending moderately priced solutions. He first won our heart when we brought him in to look at a heating system that a previous consultant had advised that we replace (for several thousand dollars.) Tommy took a look at it, called around and did a bit of research. He repositioned a part by turning it 180 degrees and the problem was fixed. (A previous contractor had incorrectly installed the equipment.) So for the price of a service call, our problems were solved.
