John was my salesperson, and he was with me through the entire process. There was a point when I was frustrated with scheduling and John called me, making sure I was happy. He even came to my house during the roofing to check on the work. His customer service was outstanding!! The crew was just as excellent. They worked hard on keeping the job site clean, every day sweeping my house for nails before leaving. I would recommend them highly!!

I have a fair bit of facilities management and project management experience. Chad worked his proposal for me three times making the adjustments I requested (30lb paper, liner foot costs for boxing repair, roof deck replacement costs) without hesitation. His team of roofers were on time, worked hard all day. They were respectful. They covered shubs, decks, etc before working and cleaned up. Their price as in the ballpark with other contractors. Minor issues were addressed and were resolved on the spot or within hours. I would higher recommend you consider Team Roofing
