Will correct anything wrong in a timely manner. Will answer all guestions promptly. All his crew are courteous ,neat and are professionals. All work completed on time as agreed to.

Team Roofing was very professional and came out quickly to give an estimate. We also got three other estimates and Team's overall value came out above the rest. The crew moved all of our personal belongings out of the way to ensure they to do not get damaged and put the back before they left. The customer service was fast and courteous. Our only complaint is that we found several (about 100) nails in the front yard where they must have forgotten to roll the magnet. Chad followed up with us and asked us if we had any complaints and/or suggestions after the work was done and after we mentioned the nails being left behind, he reassured us he would make sure the crew was aware of the problem and will take action to assure that will be taken care of in the future. Great Experience! Chad has even referred us to other contractors to help us with other various projects and repairs we need to address on the exterior of our home.

We selected Team Roofing from a list of six contractors because of their personal approach, communication, and follow-up. We made a great choice! Chad and his team were effective, efficient and left everything looking nice. Chad helped us out with a separate issue by having his gutter contractor advise and fix. Team Roofing were with us from beginning to end and we were glad to have them walk us through the process with our insurance company. Highly recommended.

Chad and his team decked and roofed my new building. They were very timely, extremely accurate, and efficient. The price they gave me was the lowest I received so I was a bit tentative about the quality of service I might receive. I was pleasantly surprised. I could not have gotten a better value. I highly recommend this company!

Chad was incredible! There is no mistaking his knowledge through his many years of experience. He was thorough on explaining the process from beginning to end. He told us what to expect and everything went just as planned. He gave us choices, and WAS NOT A PUSHY SALESPERSON. He let his work and reputation speak for itself, so no hard sale necessary. Chad also walked us through what we should expect when dealing with the insurance company, and assured us that if we had any questions or problems, he would be right there with us (which he was). I would highly recommend Chad and Team roofing and construction if you are considering a new roof.

I received a competitive estimate. The installers arrived on the day they were scheduled, and at the time they said they would be there. They worked well past the normal work day in order to complete the project. I am pleased with the work performance and workmanship.

They went beyond the basics to make this a hassle free process. They gave us options and offer to deal directly with our mortgage and insurance company. Leaving us to decide the color and style. The team doing the work were great. I wish all projects were this smooth.
