Punctual and honest

No sooner did I put in my inquiry on line and Julian was the first to call me. He came over within a couple of hours and fixed the problem in about half an hour. Julian was very professional and trustworthy. JJC Construction is on my "keeper list." I highly recommend them.

We just bought a new house. During our first really heavy rainstorm, a drip of water started coming from the ceiling fan on our 3 season room. We had three roofers come out. One said we need a whole new roof and left. One said we needed certain repairs and had a crew on the street waiting to do the repair immediately (pressure to do job now, and when I said I had a lower estimate, immediately dropped price to match JJC), and JJC came out with a reasonable estimate and went over the repairs and other stuff he found that we weren't aware of. JJC had no pressure on the estimate, once we chose them, they came out within days, and fixed the roof, cleaned debris off other parts of the roof, and provided a few extra repairs at no additional cost. Did great job on the roof. They also had a guy come out to install part of a missing gutter and re-do a downspout to divert the water so the leak wouldn't happen again. They took pictures for us as the project progressed. They kept in contact with us as the project progressed. The only hiccup was the gutter project, which took a lot longer than we originally planned. Most of that was because it was a very rainy several weeks and we were a small gutter job that they were trying to tie in to other larger jobs in our area. They kept in contact with us and answered all our questions, so this was frustrating but understandable, and the weather issues were beyond their control. We felt they were fair, honest, communicated well, and did good work. We would use them again.

I have used Julian on two separate occasions and both times, his company did an excellent job. If I need future roofing repair, I will call Julian, again. He is very timely when returning your phone call. Both times, he came out right away to give me an estimate. This was very important because I sustained wind damage and was worried about getting a leak. He gives his estimate in contract form and he guarantee's his work for 3 years. His crew came out right away and did the repair. They matched the shingles perfectly and you can not tell where the repair was made. Julian is very honest and quotes a fair price. I highly recommend him to others.
