They were great. They came out one day and then they're back the next day and they totally fixed it. They came out on Tuesday, found the problem, ordered the part and they had it back, I think Wednesday and had it fixed which is great because its 95 down here today. Its is just a service call because it ended up that the part, I think, was under warranty. I would highly recommend them. They were here when we built our house. They've been doing work for us ever since we built our house here. The lady in the office, her name is Patty. You have caller ID, we live in a small town, whenever you call us, hey, Greg, my husband's name is Greg, they pretty much call you by name. My husband takes care of that and he makes sure that he checks prices on everything. We have a rental house here, if we have a problem with the air conditioner, all we have to do is call them and they're out there the next day or sometimes that day if they can. I will absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: They fixed our air conditioner. One of our air conditioners had gone out. There was a problem on one of the part.
