This is for quality restoration company located at 4925 Hickory Flat Hwy Canton Ga 30115. These people are a bunch of crooks, they came out and told me they can fix my floors because they were sinking in due to water damage. They ripped my floors out and has yet come back out or even call me to schedule to fix my floors, and when I call the so called owner she tells me someone will give me a call and I never received a call and this has been over 6 months, Inwoild advise anyone to STAY AWAY FROM QUALITY RESTORATION located at 4925 Hickory Flat HwybCanton Ga 30115

This is a water mitigation and restoration company. They are quick to come and rip your house apart and leave their fans to dry your house out. You should prevent them from getting paid for this highly profitable part of the restoration. If you don’t, you may not see them again. My house has been sitting in the condition they left it for 7 months now. Cannot get a response out of them to come and put the house back together. They left me holding the bag. I would not trust them with any size job. Avoid. Avoid.

Our local company we have been with for years sent a plumber who came out to repair a sub pump failure that operates our washer. The plumber stated a guy from quality Restoration was dropping something off for him that we could talk to him while here . So we did. They told us we had category 3 damage and started work next day. Showed up when they said and in 2 hours had cleaned up and damaged material bagged up and on plastic for pickup within 24 hours as stated. They had set up 3 dehumidifiers and 7 fans. Only issue discovered next day by adjuster was one dehumidifier hose was directed inside our garage instead of outside. This was extra drying time. ( 5 days) probably would've been less with this. They picked up equipment when stated great communication through process. Did the work but make sure to get everything on writing before any work being started.

I can’t begin from describe how pleased my husband and I are with all the work Quality Restoration did on our house after a refrigerator waterline leaked. Within six hours of the leak they were out here with fans, vacuums, and removing the damaged drywall and carpet. We have never had a leak in our home before and they made the process so simple. It was a big claim that required removing all my kitchen cabinets, appliances and floors. We decided to redo the configuration of our kitchen since the cabinets and floors were removed. Without Dan and his amazing team of floor guys, painters, cabinet makers, etc, it wouldn’t have been possible. QR honored our Allstate adjuster quote and I know I mode the right decision going with QR versus the Allstate approved vendor. Again, I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Dan communicated often with me and worked around my work schedule to get the work done. The quality of the work. was flawless and my home looks better than ever.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We had a small water damage and they came and destroyed our house. They broke tiles where it was not needed per four contractors we hired for the reconstruction. They send you a person in suit who is not knowledgeable and basically makes you sign a paper so they can scam the insurance. Our house was put upside down for a repair which shoulc have been very simple without involvement of so much destruction. Once they destroyed everything then they send a ridiculous quote for reconstruction. Needless to say we did not go with them

This company and customer service was very unprofessional and disrespectful from the start. They claim they conducted a dry, clean and mitigate scope of work at my fathers house which only resulted in damaged property and no solution to the original problem. During their work they proceeded to take-out my fathers master bedroom toilet, leave it in the corner of the room, tore up 6 pieces of tile and baseboards surrounding the toilet, left the home and never came back. I called three times to speak with the owner about the situation and work that had been done just trying to understand both parties. The owner immediately was SCREAMING at me throughout our entire conversation and would not even let me try to explain myself without her yelling at me at the top of her lungs. I asked her to lower her voice and please talk to me respectfully in which she denied. This is not the way you should treat your customers and not the way to run a business. Long story short...I would not let these people in your home unless you want damaged property and to be screamed at by a so called "Local Company".

Do not let these people into your house. This was a nightmare experience on all levels. They don't have decent staff and they hire subpar contractors for finishing work, such as floor refinishing and tile work. This job was supposed to take no more than three weeks and it took about 8 weeks. The disorganization within the company is astounding. There are three relatives and each one has a different area. If you ask the rebuild guy about a demo issue he will state that it's not his area and refuse to discuss the issue even when you state that you just want assurance that the various departments are coordinating. They knocked jewelry over and I found it scattered across the floor, part of which was torn up, and I still haven't found some of my things. Additionally, they damaged a an antique armoire and their flooring contractor threw a bunch of my things on the bathroom floor rather than place them in boxes. Over $1,600 dollars worth of damage my personal items. They paid it but it was like pulling teeth. Their tile subcontractor had to redo the tile three times because the first two guys didn't understand that using a straight reference line is a good idea. At the end of the job they they didn't reinstall the toilet paper holder, they gouged wood floors with their equipment (the evidence is still there), their "cleaning" subcontractor was two of their older relatives who didn't really clean, and throughout the job they difficult and unprofessional to work with. Also, despite repeated, and I do mean repeated, requests that the workers wear masks in my presence it almost never happened. Do not let this company into your house and if they are hired as a sub for work on your house make the prime find another sub.

Extremely disappointed in Quality Restoration Services! 34 days, 3 in-person meetings and numerous phone calls, texts and emails into our mitigation and reconstruction project with Quality Restoration we are told to find another service because, “we do not have the contractors needed in order to complete your repairs.” The repairs in question are to replace sheetrock & flooring and paint the master bath due to damage from a water leak - nothing extraordinary.

QUALITY RESTORATION QUALITY IS OS THE ONLY THING THEY DON'T HAVE! They came to my house because the plumber referred them so they left the machine in my half bathroom for so long. They destroyed the bathroom 's walls with bubbles. I called them so they came and said ask your insurance to pay.... Really? That is the proof they are not honest at all. Instead to take the responsibility for their mistake and fix what they destroyed, they want me to take advantage of my insurance. WHAT KIND A COMPANY YOU ARE? WHAT KIND A MAN YOU ARE? They don't really do nothing they are probably in business with the plumber to take money from insurance company but they don't fix anything they pretend to do it they just destroyed things but don't fix it. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! THEY DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES! I will write a review here and every where to let everyone know so do not hire them! I will post in all social media and review every where with the pictures of my wal when their machines was here and after that! Every week to make sure they don't take advantage of anybody. I AM ALSO SENT A COMPLAINT TO GEORGIA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO INVESTIGATE YOUR COMPANY

Quality Restoration's team did an excellent job of responding immediately and dealing with all of the issues required to thoroughly dry our kitchen and protect against mold. They were extremely helpful and professional in reporting the insurance claim, working with the insurer and the adjustor. We did hire a separate cabinet company and flooring contractor to continue the renovation process. We highly recommend calling Quality Restoration immediately if you experience a leak or water damage.

PLEASE don't do it. DO NOT do it. They talk a good game, but they do NOT follow through. They'll be in your house within hours, tear it a part/leave the debris, and you'll never see them again. To make matters worse, they are all in cahoots. Roman, the owner, doesn't care to hear that Mike, a swindler, is out deceiving people desperate for service in crisis situations. Rude, unapologetic, arrogant bunch of con artists. Save yourself. Heck, FIX IT YOURSELF! Just DO NOT buy into their sales pitch. And check out the photos of my new QUALITY RESTORED bathroom!! It went well. They topped it off by providing excellent advice about next steps for my basement. I really liked them.

Because it happened in early November, the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays caused the process to be drawn out much longer than expected. We were 3 months without a working kitchen. However, Quality Restoration managed the project and because of their experience working with insurance companies for claims like this, our homeowners insurance covered most of the expenses. There were a few bumps in the road along the way, but overall we were completely satisfied with the service that Quality Restoration provided for us.

The guys from Quality restoration showed up within an hour of being called, even though it was 7:00 PM before the flooding began. I worked with Mike, Mike, and Chris and they were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The process was really great, considering.

The worst experience with a contractor that I have ever had. July 12, they come in and inspect my shower leak. Quickly they ***** the situation, remove part of carpet in my bedroom and a portion of drywall in my bath, and begin drying the area with commercial blowers over the coming weekend. Fast forward to September 2. I fired Quality Restoration last week because NO WORK HAS BEEN PERFORMED since July! Gene would not and could not give me a schedule to begin work. I am absolutely furious with these people. This company sends a fresh new face for each and every "meeting" so you can not establish any kind of client/contractor relationship. When QR did send someone to my home, it was to take more measurements. I finally told them that my home has been measured and estimated to death - you better have someone here in 2 days with a HAMMER and doing some actual WORK or your fired. As I expected, they failed to begin work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

The person in charge at the restoration company came by at 5.20 or 5.30 in the morning because the plumber called him and told him what was happening. He did an evaluation and by mid-morning, there were three men here who started cutting out the wet ceiling and about 8 square feet of the floor. In the afternoon, two men came with blowers to start drying upstairs and downstairs, which took them a total of about 72 hours. They put some of the carpet up and got rid of the padding because it was wet. The restoration company just oversaw everything. The best thing is thing is that we didn't have to go and look for these people. We were very pleased. It didn't occur to us that we could get a service like this.
