They were great they installed the heater the same day and the owner came out last night to make adjustments to the heater because the water was only 82 degrees. It was just an adjustment that had to be made after that nice and hot water. They go with quality replacement I wasnâ t expecting a Raheem hot water and thatâ s what they put in. And there pricing beat most of the others that that contacted me by 200 bucks

They went way out of their way to make sure everything looked good. Multiple trips to Home Depot to get what was needed without charging me extra. Even had to replace more copper pipe than I was told by another company and still didn t charge me extra. They spent of their day here without any complaints. Five stars.

Darrin, from Hot Water Solutions was excellent! He provided same day service! We discussed my situation, options and he gave me a very competitive quote over the phone. When he arrived we reviewed what we discussed during his inspection and agreed on his proposal. Darrin did a very neat and professional job.
