My old hot water heater began leaking and was flooding my basement. Someone from the company called me back almost immediately and walked through shutting off water/gas to the tank and getting the tank draining outside. They were out early the next day and quickly got the old tank out and a new one installed. Very professional, prompt, courteous service at a good price. Highly recommend.

The service tech was very informative. There were no extra charges to the job. There quote was exactly what they gave me over the phone. They did the same work, replaced the same parts for $900 less. Also with a senior or military discount.

They did a great job. They laid down cloth so they wouldn't track in anything and make a mess on my floors. They did the work for the price that was quoted despite the fact that it took them an hour or two longer than expected. They were polite and respectful. I'll gladly recommend them and use them again.

These guys came out the same day, which was a Friday evening, to replace my water heater that had started leaking. They did a clean, quick job of getting the old unit out and the new unit in for a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.
