Darrin was great, We didn’t install a tankless hot water tank as he suggested a cheaper, perfect solution to our problem. I’m so happy to have found this company, i wouldn’t consider doing any plumbing project without them in the future.

It was great service. They came right out and did what they were supposed to.

They were very quick to respond to my inquiry which I submitted at 0230a on a Sunday night after having a hot water heater fail and start leaking. Called first thing the next morning (before 0800) asked a few questions and gave me a quote over the phone. I texted him a few pictures of the area and the old unit to confirm the work it would require and Darren immediately reconfirmed the quote again in writing. Justin (who did the install) was very professional and explained all the work he was going to do. They even installed a recirculation pump for me (which I had bought a few years ago but never installed) during the install within the original price given. I would hire Darren and Justin again in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I will call them again if I have any future issues with our hot water or plumbing.

Darrin answered all my questions as i was researching tankless water heaters and talked me through different brands and explained the whole install before he even came out. Very professional and left the job site cleaner than when he started! I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend them again.

Darrin and Justin both came to quote the job and a few days later to perform the work to install a new tankless hot water system in our home. Darrin was easy to work with, answered every question over the course of the few days over phone and text. We ended up downgrading the unit I got based on my specific needs and Darrin promptly lowered the price to reflect the lower cost of the unit. The quality of their work is top notch. I definitely recommend them.
