Told me how to shut off things on he water heater. Came next day and looked at it. Was not the water heater but showed me what it was. Turned heater back off. Said he'd repair broken part if it wasn't under warranty and left. Did not charge me. Very professional, helpfull and nice.

I ended up having a traditional hot water heater installed instead of the tankless due to cost ($3000.) $1185 was the total. They removed and disposed of my old hot water heater and installed a new tank with expansion tank and valve in 2 .5 hours. The tech, Jason, arrived a few minutes early, was very professional and courteous and did a great job. This was a great company to do business with and I will hire them in the future for my plumbing needs.

Installer was so nice and was not going to replace the water heater unless he did it the right way. My previous water heater was not installed correctly and Justin was not going to replace it unless it was brought up to code. I was very impressed by both Darin and Justin. I would highly recommend them.
