A couple of months after I had heard from this man the last time, I received a call from a person at the company asking me how I liked my fence. I explained that I not only had never gotten a fence, I had never even gotten an estimate. She was very surprised. I told her the name of the man with whom I had talked (Lee), and she said that she would have him call me again. He has never called. I have signed a contract with another company.

Very well. The only problem is that these guys are in demand, so the lead time is about three weeks in the summer. Also, you get what you pay for.

It went smooth. Came by the same day as scheduled. Performed a job in a day. Almost took a whole day.

The worker arrived when scheduled in the early morning and we went over the plan for removal and property line location. They started then to do the removal which was quite fast. The crews working together was outstanding, for there was no waste of time of what was to be done next. They had to work around a lot of landscape plants and trees and always came to me when there was a problem. There was minimal plant adjustment. The gate position was worked out at the time of positioning to my satisfaction. The project was completed by the end of same day and they cleaned up and removed all debris of their work. There was very little clean up that I had to do, I am very picky. THANKS FOR A SUPER JOB WELL DONE.

It all stared with an EXCELLENT sales rep. Jamey Price, who was VERY professional and thorough. He worked through the entire purchasing process with me and even agreed to build some custom aspects to our fence that I designed. The price was extremely competitive, we priced several different fencing companies. The work was completed while I was out of town and I came home to a job that had been done almost to perfection. The only defect I could find was a finial that had to be cut to fit into a space next to the house. I was not happy with the choppy cut of the finial. When 1st Fence called to see if I was happy with everything I told them about the finial and they came THAT DAY to fix it. We are having tons of work done to our new home, 1st Fence is clearly one of the best contractors that has worked on our project.

I made an appointment. Jamie Price came to my home precisely at the time the company said he would arrive. He showed me identification. I explained to him exactly what I wanted. He gave me an estimate that day, and also provided suggestions regarding the fencing. He explained the entire process to me as to how the job would be accomplished, and it happened just as he said it would. There were no surprises. I got exactly what I asked for and it cost me exactly what he told me it would cost. The crew was very professional, and they cleaned up everything after the job. I recommend this company to anyone needing a fence. They give you exactly what they promise.

We had explained to the salesperson, Stephen Wright, that we knew the new chain link may not be an exact match to our existing fence. We told him that was fine. The install team called because they wanted to show us a sample of that fence because they wanted to make sure that we were okay with the color. We assured them we did not mind and did not need to see the sample. The install team arrived early on the scheduled date. They finished the work in one day. They cleaned up the yard and removed all of the debris as promised in the contract. Awesome install crew. We were very happy with our experience with them. The salesperson did not rush us and spent time with us going over different options of fencing. It was nice for the install team to offer to bring us the sample. (Turns out the color was a perfect match.) I am giving a B (good) for price because they were just average in price.

Jamey came out in the pouring rain to measure and draft the proposal. He answered all our questions and the estimate was clear and reasonably priced. We had to delay the installation due to other landscaping work and the company was very willing to work with our scheduling issues. On the day of installation, they arrived promptly and worked until after dark to complete the job. I was impressed with their attention to detail and their excellent work.

I met with Shane (Sales rep) at my house where he explained the entire process in detail. He was friendly, and answered all my questions. After receiving estimates from 4 other fencing companies, I found that 1st Fence wasn't the least or most expensive. I narrowed my choice down to 2 companies. The other company was about $200 less than 1st Fence. My decision to go with 1st Fence came down to Shane's confidence that they would be able to build a fence up each tier without an issue. The other company I spoke with didn't show the same confidence that this could be done. After I put down my deposit with 1st Fence, I was advised it would be about 3 weeks for installation, but I received a call within 1 week confirming a next day installation. The crew showed up on time, even though there was a minor miscommunication, Shane, David and Pepe all contacted me within 20 minutes to assure me everything would be fine. Everything was fine. My fence looks great and I couldn't be happier.

First Fence did a great job, from the estimate to the finish & clean-up! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of fencing!

Received an estimate from Phil. He was right on time and very experienced and helpful. Fence is shared with a neighbor and collectively the decision was to go with another company.

Overall, very well. Initial hiccup on the free estimate but they corrected immediately. The crew showed up on time and worked well after dark to finish.

They had a great response time, and a very personable representative. I accepted the bid, the installers showed up on time, were very quick and clean and left no debris. The quality of work looks great.

Overall, we LOVE our fence. It looks awesome, the quality is outstanding, and the guys that installed it did a great job paying attention to detail. They paid attention to the fact we had small children and made suggestions to turn the fence in facing our wooded areas so the kids wouldn't climb the cross rails, and they knew we had a small dog, so they made sure the pickets were close to the ground so she couldn't get out underneath. I had some bumps during the estimate/purchase process when our salesman left the company after the estimate but before I committed to the fence. There was some frustration involved, BUT the company escalated the issue internally quickly, and I was contacted by an executive, and the problem was resolved quickly to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again. I say it at least once a day, We LOVE our fence. It has made all the difference aesthetically and for peace of mind with the dog/kids.

LEE TUCK ARRIVED ON TIME, AND WALKED THE PROPERTY WITH ME TO DISCUSS FENCING OPTIONS. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. HE E-MAILED PICTURES TO US TO HELP US SELECT THE EXACT TYPE OF FENCE WE WANTED. (HE ALSO HAS GREAT PHOTOS ON THEIR WEBSITE.) HIS CREW WAS PUNCTUAL AND EXTRAORDINARILY EFFICIENT. ALSO, THE INSTALLATION CREW, LED BY ROBERT, WAS POLITE AND VERY NEAT IN THEIR WORK. IS IT POSSIBLE TO LOVE A FENCE? WE ARE JUST SORRY IT TOOK US THIS LONG TO DECIDE TO GET IT! BUT WE ARE VERY GLAD WE FOUND FIRST FENCE THROUGH ANGIE'S LIST!!

HE SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE AND DID A THOROUGH WALK-THROUGH OF THE JOB TO BE PERFORMED, ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS. THE CREW OF 3 SHOWED UP ON TIME AT 9:30 A.M., VERY POLITE, CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. WE DID A WALK-THROUGH OF THE JOB TO BE PERFORMED. THEY WORKED HARD, STRAIGHT THROUGH THE DAY, AND COMPLETED THE JOB BY 6:30 P.M. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY HAD DONE. THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. ANY MESS WAS CLEANED UP, THE FENCE INSTALLATION WAS ACCORDING TO SPEC, AND IT LOOKS GREAT! FIRST FENCE WASNT THE CHEAPEST BID, THEY FELL IN THE MIDDLE, BUT THERE WERE NO ADD-ON COSTS AT THE END; AND BOTH THE PRODUCT AND INSTALLATION WERE TOP NOTCH. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FIRST FENCE OF GEORGIA!
