We couldn't have had a better experience. Not only did they work around our schedule (we absolutely HAD to have it done before Spring Break) but it was less expensive than we thought. The estimate took about 30 minutes, and although the contract said we would be contacted in two to three weeks, we heard from them within days and a week after the estimate the fence was installed. It looks terrific, and the installation took less than four hours. I highly recommend 1st Fence of Georgia. They are awesome!

Excellent service the salesman was professional and the estimate was excellent, the work crew were efficient, professional, cleaned up and hauled away the old fencing.

Although they did not submit the lowest estimate for this project we were impressed with their presentation and detailed estimate. They started the project on time and completed it in reasonably good time considering an intervening holiday weekend (Thanksgiving) and rainy weather. The workmanship was excellent and the work crew was courteous and professional.

The experience was fantastic. It was the best contract we ever had. They were so fantastic. Contractors are very hard to find. The work ethics are pathetic. They came very quickly. They were very efficient. They did it quickly. They were nice. Everything about it was good.

The process was extremely smooth. A representative came and gave an estimate after seeing what we wanted. After placing the order, they called and scheduled for the crew to construct the fence within two weeks. The crew that installed the fence worked harder and faster than I have ever seen and the quality is fine. Overall we are extremely happy.

We contacted them for an estimate, and they came out to survey the property and discuss our options for different fence types. There was a bit of a delay in getting the written estimate from them, but we had contacted them during the Christmas season. After we sent a deposit, they ordered the fence we had chosen, and then got to us a few weeks later saying they could get a different fence in faster, and that it was slightly more expensive than what we chose, but that they would cover the cost difference. They came out on the appointed day to install the fence and did a great job - we love our new fence!

Very smooth and professional sales process. Sales person showed up when they were supposed to, e-mail reminders from the office before hand. We went through one iteration on price which resulted in a quote below what we had received from other companies and an offer to upgrade the wood for free. We paid half up front and the crew came out the day they were supposed to and got most of the job done the same day. They returned the next day to finish up and left behind a neat and tidy work-site. Particularly impressed by their willingness to troubleshoot on the spot. We discovered a spot where the posts wouldn't go in. The supervisor and the on-site crew figured out a solution, and installed without compromising on the look of the fence and with no charge to us. All in all, a very positive experience. The job got done as it was supposed to, for the right price and with zero hassle to us. One of my best ever experiences with a service provider.

My experience with First Fence of Georgia started with getting a quote. The sale rep was very helpful in understanding what I needed and working to quote several options. He was very knowledgeable about their product and services, working to answer all of my questions. He helped to extend the quote's longer than 90 days to allow time for me to correct an issue with my neighbor's shed sitting on my property. Once installation could begin, I encountered an issue with scheduling time to meet with the installers due to them not being able to be on-site until after 9:30 a.m. This would not work with my schedule. So I attempted to work with the scheduling manager to determine an alternative solution. It seemed that the scheduling manager was putting the burden on me to schedule an earlier meeting with the sales rep to do a walk through and mark the official layout. Ultimately, it worked out. The scheduling manager arranged for the sale rep to meet me earlier to complete the walk through. I was not on-site for the installation, but the work was able to be completed in a single day. I had very little issues with the final product. The fencing was built with high quality and workmanship. The slight issues I had were the following. 1. The installers did not seem cooperative to go through a through punch list process on a Friday after a full day to work. I completed the punch list, but thoroughly documented my items prior to signing the completed work. First Fence did a great job of following up with me on Monday to resolve my issues. 2. The installers did not take a final measurement prior to leaving. My final linear footage was less than the original design. First Fence did a great job to come back and get a final measurement. Which reduced my expenses for the project and issued me a refund for the reduced amount, but I had to initiate this for it to occur. After several months, the fence still is looking good and holding up well. I am very satisfied at this point.

Very good, no problems and I would use them again.

The following email sent to David Barrows, 1st Fence Sales Consultant, describes my bad experience: I was very honest and upfront with you when we first talked and I explained that the work must be completed this week and I said if you couldn't do it then tell me and we won't waste each others time. Everyday this week, we have been working on the details of the proposal. I talked with Mike and we scheduled an installation date of Friday, August 8th and you said I could sign and pay down payment once I receive your proposal. Now, you have sprung it on me that you cannot install the fence on Friday because the "office" says they cannot pull the material without the contract signed & the down payment. It should have been explained to the office that the customer was promised by you and confirmed by scheduling the installation date of 8-8-08. It should have also been explained that we have been working out the details and I just got the proposal yesterday at 4:34 p.m and make exception and pull material, which CAN be pulled off of your own yard without down payment, and I would come by today to sign contract and provide down payment. I am sure if the situation was explained to your owner, he would make it happen on Friday since you told me it could be done on Friday and everything was set to go. I read the owner's comments on your website and news articles stating that customer satisfaction and word of mouth is what determines the success of a business. If you promise something to a customer, do whatever it takes as a company to deliver on your promises.

They where professional, prompt and expensive. The job was professional looked very nice.

They were very reasonably priced. They did a small job but they took it very serious as if it might have been a larger job. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend.

They arrived 15 minutes to install the fence. I walked the property with the installer and showed him the property lines. I checked to make sure everything was ok before I left for work. An hour later, I received a call from Pablo saying that his guy was unsure of the property lines and felt uncomfortable installing the fence that day. Pablo did apologize and told me that the installer should not have let me go to work until he was positive of the property lines and/or had contacted him. They returned the next day (Saturday). We walked the property again and I told them he had the property marked correctly just as we had discussed the day before. They were able to complete the fence and did a wonderful job. Pablo called me again to make sure that everything was ok and that I was satisfied with the job.

We are just thrilled with the fence. We never had a fence before, and I started wanting a privacy fence. Randy Gamblin, who gave the estimate, was excellent. He suggested a picket and the black chain link. Through the picket fence we can see the beautiful flowers in the field next door, and I don't feel confined. I am so thankful for his suggestions. The black chain link is restful on the eye. The crew that installed the fence were excellent, as well. They were early, polite, hard workers. They did a fantastic job, we really love it. They deserve a round of applause.

David came out for the estimate. My lot is quite wooded, sloping, and not very well maintained. I wanted to fence part of the backyard for the dog, giving her enough room to run and explore while staying within my budget. David quoted a couple of different designs and fence types. Very knowledgeable and professional. The crew that came out to do the work did a great job; also very professional. Overall a great experience.

Received a call from the company for date of installation and three workers showed up around 9am. They went right to work and the job was complete by 3pm. I am very happy with the work and the cleanup after the job was done. Would recommend this company.

Sales Rep Randy Gamble visited our home, was prompt for the appointment, knowledgeable and creative for our needs. We have a dog and were extremely concerned about the uneven ground. Randy had a wonderful solution. He suggested adding wire fence material bent at a 90 degree angle attached to the base and ground, thereby preventing the dog from escaping. He advised that aluminum nails would be used as they as rust free. The installation crew arrived on time and immediately verified all details of the project. All work was completed and the crew cleaned the area of all fence debris. Fence appearance is excellent, is sturdy and gates are easy to use.

The sales rep was terrific. He even came back for a second meeting because the utility lines were too close to where we were originally going to put part of the fence. He worked with us to solve the issue and was most helpful.

I was very pleased by the outcome of this installation. They put up the new fence without a hassle, gave me an entrance and exit door in the fence, and made sure the entire fence had a strong foundation. I won t show the price here but I can say they were reasonable and would use them again.

Everything went fine. They cleaned up well when they finished. They were professional and have excellent workmanship. They finished the same day and they knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently and the crew handled themselves very well. The price was high, but it was worth it for the job to turn out so well.

I shopped around and found them to be the best, from their sales and office staff all the way down to the crew. The warranty that they offered was far superior. They were a little bit more expensive, but I do not mind paying for quality.

When they put the fence in, my neighbors sprinkler was on my property and we were not aware of that. They ended up putting the post right on top of the sprinkler. They put a hole in the sprinkler and it was going everywhere. I did call them to have them come and make sure that the post was secured, they said they would come and it's been a month and I haven't heard anything from them again. I just didn't want the post to sink. They also started to put the fence up the wrong way but they got it right and I really like my new fence.
